I’ve been on a perma-blast for about 1.5 years, running 375 mg/week of testosterone enanthate and 300 mg/week of masteron. Physically, I feel fine overall, but I’ve noticed fluctuations in estrogen levels. When I skip Aromasin (research chem, dosing 12.5 mg EOD or 6.25 mg as needed), I sometimes get sensitive nips, which makes me think my estrogen spikes.

On the other hand, when I do take Aromasin consistently, I feel tired and almost like I have sore bones in my hands. I’m trying to find a balance to keep everything stable without over-suppressing or letting estrogen climb too high.

For those with experience on similar long-term protocols:
  • How do you fine-tune AI dosing to avoid these issues?
  • Are there specific labs or health checks I should prioritize to ensure things stay on track for the long term?
If everything seems manageable, is it fine to keep rolling with this setup, or are there adjustments you’d recommend?

Thanks for any advice or insights!
Blood work. Get your blood tests done and dose the aromasin accordingly. It will take more than once draw though to dial it in. Once you do though, nothing changes so no need to change the dosing.

There’s sources here for pharmaceutical aromasin rather than using research chem where you don’t know if it’s dosed accurately. That makes life a lot less complicated.

See my signature for a privatemdlabs discount.

Just get a regular estradiol test, no need for an ultrasensitive test. Comes back within 3 days and you can manage accordingly.

It sounds like your ai dose is too high and it kills your e2 for a bit, and then returns to normal and spikes again. You might need to scale back the dose. How much are you taking?

12.5mg eod usually. Sometimes 6 or as close as I can get to those with the shitty liquid version
You’re only guessing until you get your e2 tested. Aromasin is a suicidal inhibitor so it works quickly. Get your blood test scheduled. Then don’t take any aromasin for 6 days prior. Get the e2 results and see where you are.
