false alarm on the high glucose readings, I woke up at 500 blood glucose this morning and ran to the pharmacy to buy some novalog thinking i was gonna go blind
but before i did i bought a different glucometer and tested myself right there at the counter, it was 79 LOL
So basically my test strips were always 20-40 points higher or degrading overtime and giving me higher and higher readings or something because i bought the cheapest ones.
This couldve all been avoided if the Freestyle libre didnt get ripped off my arm in my stairwell within 3 days, that thing was cool.
so i did a 10 day super keto cut for nothing, atleast im a lot leaner now. I injured my supraspinatus at the beginning of this glucose scare so ive been out of the gym aswell except for legs
Hopefully the 25 adrol and 20 var was enough to keep most of my gains, its hard to tell because im depleted and also off the mk677
Other things Ive learned,
- 200 primo on top of my 175mg test put me at 27ngdl estrogen, however now im gonna stop the primo and see what my e2 is at without it.
- Ive been taking high doses of vitamin b5 and its helped sebum acne alot, 5g-10g-15g, taking 1.5-2g at a time throughout the day
-HDL is wrecked from anavar, going to start ROSUVOSTATIN with the money im saving by removing primo, probably run it forever since Ive read a ton of good stuff about it
-dont actually know which glucometer readings were incorrect or how insulin resistant mk677 made me , or if it did, how quickly i recovered. Maybe i was hella insulin resistant but X # of days low carb brought me back to normal, unfortunately i dont know how many days it could have taken, because i want to run mk677 in the future, when I do i will use freesyle libre
going to continue 25mg adrol a day with a statin, waiting on a script for omnistrope, will start 2IU in the a.m for shoulder healing, and then probably continue for the foreseeable future as my IGF1 levels are low naturally and it has less of an impact on insulin resistance than mk677. Ill get IGF1 bloods if my shoulders not better and maybe add an 1-2iu
