Increased heart rate after second dose of Test-e.

This is my first cycle taking 500mg test-e a week. first week was normal, felt great and energetic. last Friday went out with friends and got drunk; Saturday had a bad hangover but nothing out of the ordinary; at around 8pm after feeling almost 100% recovered from the hangover I did my second 500mg test-e. About 15 to 20 mins later my heart rate started to increase which made me use an oximeter/ heart rate sensor to check what was going on.

My heart rate was at 112 which made me scared, heart rate kept on increasing therefore my friend drove me to the ER, in the car before we got to the ER my heart rate was at 175 bpm (I don't know if I was just freaking out making my heart rate increase more).

When I got to the ER, my heart rate was between 135 and 145, they gave me altivan and administered fluids; as well as sodium and magnesium; heart rate started going down and after 5 hours was at 87BPM. Then, they let me go home. blood pressure was 158/77mmHg. and it reduced to 127/73 mmHg when I was discharged.

Current heart rate is been between 90bpm and 112bpm depending if I am laying down or walking (like walking to the bathroom). I feel very low energy but I don't know if it is because I have had 2 nights in which I almost had no sleep due to been scared of my heart rate being so high.

In conclusion, what do you guys think I should do? I am scared of going to the gym since I don't want my blood pressure or HR to increase. Is it okay to still go to the gym?

Should I reduce the test-e to 400mg a week?

I have no insurance (unemployed at the moment) therefore I can not afford a full hormone panel but I was thinking on getting the basic estradiol test which costs $59 dollars. and depending on the results start taking aromasin or novaldex. From what I have read it may be that my estradiol levels are too high and therefore having an increased heart rate as well as blood pressure. Does that sound possible? Any suggestions. Thank you very much.

Have you considered that you had a panic attack? They gave you Ativan, so they treated you for a panic attack. Some people do develop anxiety from AAS.

Edit: also the effects of a shot will not kick in within 20 minutes of injecting. Try more like 2 days.

Dude just don't take anymore T and just be natural.

You're unemployed and uninsured which is not uncommon at all despite the fake unemployment number of 3% our government reports, which are really closer to 20% at least.

Here's the deal, 500mg is way too much. 400mg is way too much. What do you think a body is gonna do when you inject 500mg of hormone into it. It's not just gonna build strength it's gonna start off a complex cascade of changes that aren't good for you.

These 500mg days are over, that stuff is bull****. Even three years ago people used to do this crap, but the online community is stopping this nonsense and sticking to the no more than 200mg/week recommendation.

If you don't have insurance and you can't run labs because you're low on funds then don't put yourself at risk. The minimum you needed was a PSA before you started using T to get a baseline.

You won't know what you hgb/hct is, you won't know what your lipids are, your kidney function. There are a lot of guys that ride blind in the underground, they don't do labs at all, but it's not smart.

And a word of advice, don't go to the ER unless you absolutely have to, who knows what your bill is gonna be for 5hrs in the ER with IV drugs, it could be $2000 for that. I worked healthcare for 25 years, it's a racket, scam, they exist to take money, rob you blind for what is mostly poor lifestyle choices that would have healed on their own had the patient given themselves time to heal. You bite the bullet and hunker down and ride it out and then you toss that vial of sauce in your drawer and leave this stuff alone until you do your homework and you're in a better financial place. Once again there's nothing wrong with being unemployed with no insurance, it's just that you don't want to take any chances that put you in medical debt as that is serious stuff that wrecks lives.

Like you said, you were just freaking out. You clearly just had a panic attack. You have anxiety bro.

A shot of 250mg Test E does not make your heart race. Especially not within 20 minutes LOL. No AAS compound does this. (maybe tren just a little over time :p)

Lowering to 400mg won't make any difference here. Get bloodwork for estradiol LC/MS/MS in a few weeks and dial in your AI dosage.

If I were you I'd overcome this anxiety asap or consider that this game isn't for you until you can overcome it.

The main point of this thread is that we have to put an end to the days of old where newbies load up 500mg of sauce and inject it and then start off a shit storm.

This isn't a new event at all. This happens regularly because the older information of using anabolics is a total shit show and it's only now that the older vets in this are realizing that they F'd their health by using too much.

I've read lots of threads over the years of guys freaking out after doing exactly what the OP did. Some of these guys were almost suicidal and should have never touched this stuff to begin with.

It's the same old " if a little is good for you, then a lot is even better", which nothing in this world works like this, we are creatures that evolved for moderation, it is only advertising, marketing, propaganda that plants these silly ideas in our heads that you need to get everything done as fast as possible, no other mammal on the planet thinks like this, they sit on their arse as long as they can before having to do anything because why the rush?
