This is my first cycle taking 500mg test-e a week. first week was normal, felt great and energetic. last Friday went out with friends and got drunk; Saturday had a bad hangover but nothing out of the ordinary; at around 8pm after feeling almost 100% recovered from the hangover I did my second 500mg test-e. About 15 to 20 mins later my heart rate started to increase which made me use an oximeter/ heart rate sensor to check what was going on.
My heart rate was at 112 which made me scared, heart rate kept on increasing therefore my friend drove me to the ER, in the car before we got to the ER my heart rate was at 175 bpm (I don't know if I was just freaking out making my heart rate increase more).
When I got to the ER, my heart rate was between 135 and 145, they gave me altivan and administered fluids; as well as sodium and magnesium; heart rate started going down and after 5 hours was at 87BPM. Then, they let me go home. blood pressure was 158/77mmHg. and it reduced to 127/73 mmHg when I was discharged.
Current heart rate is been between 90bpm and 112bpm depending if I am laying down or walking (like walking to the bathroom). I feel very low energy but I don't know if it is because I have had 2 nights in which I almost had no sleep due to been scared of my heart rate being so high.
In conclusion, what do you guys think I should do? I am scared of going to the gym since I don't want my blood pressure or HR to increase. Is it okay to still go to the gym?
Should I reduce the test-e to 400mg a week?
I have no insurance (unemployed at the moment) therefore I can not afford a full hormone panel but I was thinking on getting the basic estradiol test which costs $59 dollars. and depending on the results start taking aromasin or novaldex. From what I have read it may be that my estradiol levels are too high and therefore having an increased heart rate as well as blood pressure. Does that sound possible? Any suggestions. Thank you very much.
