Increasing SHGB while blasting

As we all know, blasting any amount of anabolic crushes your SHBG. As an example, mine is around 32-20 while cruising, but using Anavar or over 300mg of Test/Primo drops it to single digits.

I’ve seen videos of Vigorous Steve and a few others talking about utilizing Tamoxifen or Ralox daily to increase SHBG levels since it plays a roll with delivering hormones to tissues.

Has anyone here used Tamoxifen/Ralox to increase their SHBG and validate it with bloodwork?

@Swa737 I was using Ralox, 50 mg a day for a bit and got blood work recently. My SHBG was 19. Had been cruising on 150 Test for about 9 months. I actually spoke with Steve recently and he told me he’s not going to use Ralox anymore because there is a risk for blood clots. He was using it for gyno and said he was just going to get the operation instead now. I wouldn’t use Ralox to increase your SHBG. Not sure what dosage is necessary to do that,. It’s good for preventing/reducing some gyno and flares.

@MikeAlstott Thanks for the reply. I’ll have to look at that and see. I’d consider tamoxifen but then I’d be reducing my IGF-1. Have you found any vitamins/supplements that increased your SHBG with bloodwork?

I’m not sure if this is why, but I pin daily instead of a few or couple times a week like most people do. My SHBG is slightly higher than before I started taking test. 38nmol/L vs 36nmol/L before.

@Swa737 there’s evidence that daily pinning combined with sub q injecting can raise SHBG and increase free testosterone. To what degree I’m unaware because I don’t pin daily or sub q.

@99powerstroke Interesting! I’ll have to read more about that. I am currently pin every 3 days at the moment.
