This might be a dumb question, but how long does it take for you to be considered fasted after a meal in the day? Here is a normal day for me:
1) wake at 630am
1a) take HGH
2) breakfast at 10am
3) train 1030-1130/1145
4) protein shake 30mins post training
5) lunch at 1
6) snack at 3
7) dinner at 6
8) bed time meal at 9

Would it be considered fasted right before #4 and #8? How long until you should eat post HGH injection?
Honestly brother with this sort of schedule I would recommend against trying to take it in the afternoon. You’re not going to be in a fasted state since digestion takes a few hours. I would eat your last meal a few hours before bed and then take your HGH immediately before bed. If you eat before bed and take HGH it will be useless in its lipolytic effect.

Usually your blood glucose levels will be at their lowest 8-12 hours after a meal (however the amount of carbs and fats you eat will play a big role on how quickly your BG level drops). Theres a big peak in the first few hours and around 3-4 hours post meal is when it starts declining. For fat loss you want your BG level as low as possible when you administer your HGH as it will release your stored fatty acids into your blood stream where they can be used for energy, hence why fasted cardio is highly recommended alongside a shot of HGH

What this dude said. With your current schedule you would only be able to use HGH effectively in the morning upon waking.

Thanks! I am going to boost it it 3ius daily for a bit and see how it goes. What are your thoughts about taking it post training or at bed as well?
Personally I don't see the need to split up anything less than 6IUS. If you ever hit 6, 3 Fasted and 3 Post workout.

What is most favorable is what you can do consistently without problem.
