How are you supposed to dose the tb/bpc blend. Hpw often and how much to take. Currently trying to fix a partial tear. Is it safe to say based on the blend its intended to be 500mcg of bpc and 1mg on tb everday and the bottle will last 10 days or 1000mcg of bpc and 2mg of tb everday.

It worked really well at 250mcg and 500mcg BID (500mcg/1mg daily). Anything less than that didn’t seem to do much, but some people get results at half that dose. I did notice a difference when doing it BID instead of QD; I think that’s because of the half life of BPC.

Just wanted to throw my 2¢ out there, long time observer but have not left my thoughts on my experience with K4L. Products have been great.

-Test C 200 was indistinguishable for 2+ months from my script test, running ~225mg/wk
-L-Carnitine was spot on from what I’d get from my compounding pharmacy
-25mg var was spot on
-standard J generostim has been tremendous, 5iu nightly before bed has been a game changer
-tirz kit is a phenomenal value and it WORKS

Have a few more things I haven’t tried yet, but I know they’ll be just as quality as everything else I’ve used thus far.

Recently received my 4th order and was missing a few items, customer service was respectful and assuring it would be rectified.

Can’t really ask for too much more, the up-to-date testing and transparency is the cherry on top.

For a partial tear you may consider 2-3 mg every day. It can become cost-prohibitive. There aren't good studies on this, only anecdotes.

I see reports of people saying BPC/TB didn't help but then see they only used 1 mg each or less daily.

IGH-1 and GH serum test after administering HGH is iffy and not a reliable form of measurement. Peak levels can varies from person to person. The best way to know it’s legit GH is the lab tests because that’s foolproof. Every IU is an IU if there are corresponding lab tests to go with it.

Hasn't been a few months yet, but I just started their Tirz and I'm blown away. First time trying any GLP 1 so just bought 1 vial of Tirz (and 1 of Reta to try later) to see if it worked, if I had sides, etc. One 2.5mg dose and no joke, near instant appetite suppression. Zero sides. It's only been 1 week so I know this sounds absurd to recommend it already, but this is life changing level of appetite control for me.

I missed out on the Friday sale, but I'll be buying a kit at the next opportunity, that's how happy I am with the product. I'm not much of a forum poster but I've been around since the misc.fitness.weights days. Checked K4L all over the various boards, reviews sites, etc... Looked legit and well reviewed. Can confirm.
