Man I been going at the gym for a while agian now , seems every time I find solid rhythm something pulls back , traded my 2016 frs a while back for the new 2022 gr86. Shit had the engine blow 4 months into having it and now have to go to court cuz they won't honor warranty when I have manufacture warranty and paid for extended. Been pretyy much maintaining weight lack of mobility to the gym and work right now just teyina get through and make my way get back on top , situation really got a mofo down though it's hurtin lol. Had to spend legit all thw money I had just to get the peice of shit towed to my apt to sit here cuz the lawyer wanted me to get it out of the dealer so I don't get charged storage and stay current on it .

Did you modify the car? Did you drive it like an ass? Did you break in the engine properly? Did you do maintenance? Seems crazy that a 4 month old car would blow the engine.

Bone stock never red line shifted nor money shifted listened to them on maintenance even though I did oil changes at 3k for my frs they said 7.5k every time I asked it blew at 5.5k with 2qts in it...... had a feeling that day I should look the day got to me and it passed me up later that same day she blew. Was broken in properly aswell no getting on it till after I got past 1k and I wasn't fully comfortable getting on it till about 3.5k cuz this was my first stick shift. I'm pretty much just waiting for my lemon law lawyer to keep working it and tell me how things are going haven't hit 30 days yet for toyota to reply and fully take it to court or offer to not go at all. Got a lemon lawyer even though this likely doesn't qualify for lemon because I figured they would be the best versed in cars they filed under class A highest they could believe I can get a buy back or fix with settle ment maybe more. If they can't help me get set right I'm pretty much fucked.

Do you live in a shithole area where people steal car parts to sell/scrap for crack money? If so, I'd look under the hood and just make sure everything is even in there. Also check for signs of general tampering/misconduct from, again, shitty people. It's a retarded fuckin world we live in now and people absolutely do just fuck with other people's shit just because.

It only had 2qts of oil in it? Didn't lights come on for low oil?

Yeah I had a quick glance over everything when it happened dealer also looked at the car and gave a 36k engine replacement quote. Had to pay 1700 to tow it out they also tried to deny me my belongings subs and shit in my car when it was still there .

The dealer and corporate basically want nothing to do with it and essentially told me to fuck off and buck up the money if I want it fixed without saying it that way. Pretty much what lead me to a lawyer, it's double covered warranty and they claimed "abuse" I don't think high speed and lack of oil is basis for abuse when they give a track pass with the car and there's no way I nessasarily could have known nor would I have driven at all let alone high speed knowing that......

Sounds like everyone involved knew it was fucked up tbh. You didn't sign for it as-is did you? I think you said in OP that it was NEW, are we talking BRAND NEW? If it pulled off the lot at sub-100 miles and lasted 4 months and you didn't go drag race it like a teenager then yeah man sounds like you got overall fucked by a predatory stealership. Hopefully lawyer bro can help you out.
