Lock and load Not responding

I have ordered from lock and load a few times and had good service. Placed an order on 3/15 paid with BTC on 3/16 and havent gotten a payment confirmation or tracking number. Anyone else having issues with them lately?

I got a phishing email sent to me. It was very similar to the email i have used in the past.

It is a scammer email!!!!
