Looking for advice on first peptide use

I am 34 yo male 6ft 250lbs who is prescribed test at 700mg a month and a estrogen blocker to keep everything in check which puts my test at about 900. I am looking for info on what peptides I can take to help lose fat and gain muscle mass and what dosages and frequency to take them. I have also read about PCT would that be needed or recommended given im on a steady testosterone dose?

What’s your bf% at 6 ft and 250lbs?

And if you’re on TRT there’s no need to PCT.

Its alot probably like 20%+ I haven't had a bf% check since I was like 19. But thats good to know that I don't need to pct.

I would get your diet spot on before adding in any other compounds…the list of possibilities for them are endless…but you’ll just be wasting your money on them until you’ve given a strict diet more time….ive taken tren in the past and looked like complete shit because my diet was shit….unfortunately the gear has limitations

I’m all about gear….changed my life for the better…my only regret is that I never listened to people who preached diet…had to figure out the hard way

Im on the carnivore diet right now and its working...slowly is there anything to speed up the weight lose

Ok. Focus on losing the fat. Learn how to diet. Carnivore is a temporary diet. Learn how to get your macros set and track em. Eat in a calorie deficit.

Look into the glp-1 agonists. Semaglutide, Tirzepatide or Retatrutide. Research the dosing protocols.

Don’t add steroids until you’re below 15% bf. Steroids don’t burn fat and when you have high bodyfat the side effects are typically greater.

HGH is the best thing you can take right next to testosterone. Don’t worry about losing fat and building muscle mass, recomps are more complicated than people realize and sometimes only happen on certain conditions. I’ve recomped while dieting down 30+ lbs, but a lot of that muscle was muscle memory from muscle I had lost. For the most part guys who try to do both end up spinning their wheels especially if their past the noobie gains. Focus on either losing fat or building muscle and at 20+ bf the answer is lose the fat. 10% bf is achievable drug free, so keep that in mind. Certain compounds definitely aid once you’re closer to either help get rid of more fat or push through workouts while very depleted and performance in the gym starts declining, but if you can’t see your abs you're definitely not there yet and don’t need anything else.

There are others effective for health, anti aging, appearance, sexual performance.

....and a huge bunch of them that don't do jack shit, but people convince themselves they do all sorts of miracles.

I don't think anyone who has done GH & gear would say GH "provides substantive effects approaching AAS."

Agreed

I don’t know what these GLP-1s actually do in practice but it sounds like they have way more of an effect than HGH.
