i was just doing 165 mg npp and 200 mg mast e with 300 mg testc 5 iu hgh and i was progressing nicely for a 50 year old fart,, derailed by a ruptured bicep tendon( likely ruptured for awhile) and a torn rotator cuff also torn for a minute, i just got mri confirmation and fml,,

Well I just took ideas from different thinkers I still believe that longer cycles are better for packing on muscle mass and retaining it . But I also agree that rotating compounds helps as well.
Rotating compounds doesn't help.

Consistency helps. Boring ass cycles for a long time, progressive overload, more food = growth. Not this change every 4-6 weeks insanity. You have a show you want to do, right? You're in growth mode until then, and should stick with a single cycle. No tren yet. And for the love of test, don't get cycle ideas from Reddit.

Yeah I agree with this. I’d rather save it for a cut or a steep deficit when you’re trying to hang onto muscle and strength

Also changing my cycle up as well though. Dropping the tren, halo, and eq. Not worth the mental sides. Way too much anger, not ideal. Plus my hemocrit is probably too high

Going to:
500 test
600 mast
200 primo

Probably once the tren clears. It’s tren e so I get to wait a week or so for it to diminish enough :) the halo will clear quick


Tren+halo is pretty gnarly honestly.

Good way to kill your appetite and health in the offseason. After seeing all your post I think you would gain the same if not more using half of what you use and using a lot less harsh compounds while also retaining a lot more of your health. Too much drug talk it's simple most run 1500-2000 in the off season test, deca, eq pick one or both. Primo is a good replacement aswell, and anavar isn't a bad additive along with 6-8 units of GH . Other than that anything else is just silly imo, orals are almost always not worth the trade off in the offseason unless your one of a kind, if you can't grow off humalog GH and a mid cycle your doomed. Your health is what's gonna keep you in the game and keep you getting bigger. Long cycles and good amounts of time off being on test only. It's all about knowing when you reel the food back and when to ramp it up. Short cuts back down to good bf/increasing insulin sensitivity and long cycles bringing it very slowly back up but not too much. Your doing a lot of hard shit for lack of better words no reason other than to just feel it and look a tad bit freakier temporarily even tho it's not gaining you anything more. The faster you go up the faster your burn down. Just my two cents. Best of luck

I've been saying this to him for over a year now probably. Hasn't listened yet lol.
