wuts up fellas. new guy here. joined the forum mainly because its the only one @lifter6973 is allowed on.

25yo 5'9 210lbs leanish i guess. starting a 14 week prep in march for my first show in june. got decent upper body but quad underdevelopment would prob stop me from ever going pro
What's up Val. I'm still on ASF and Meso. I even commented on one of your posts the other day on ASF.

I have added extra padding to my kid gloves and I'm pretty sure my special guy has been told by mods on all of the forums to start wearing a helmet so they don't have to save him every time he gets in over his head. All should be fine here and other places. ;)

Good to see you here. I'll follow if you log. Already following elsewhere.

Cool to see some young guns going for it here. What have you tried to do to develop your quads? For me personally as soon as I start doing extra cardio sessions regardless if it's inclined walking on a treadmill or stair climber or elliptical they all seem to be significantly catabolic to the mass I work so hard to get.

What's your leg day look like? What's your split? Ever consider test suspension local injections? Even winstrol local injections 25 mg in each head of the quad can do wonders as long as it's a proper water-based suspension.

doing ppl rn. most quad compounds fuck up my lower back or knees. right now im just spamming machines :(

That kind of sucks. Every time I've got some significant growth in my legs it's from doing not necessarily super heavy but relatively heavy compound lifts. At least every 5 days blast and legs with one workout being quad dominant in the other workout being hamstring add posterior chain focused.

Is there a root cause for the back and knee issues? I assume you tried peptide therapy BPC and TB 500? I've had four shoulder surgeries so I literally have the opposite problem to you. I can crush legs but I literally have to do 40 lb dumbbells for presses for like a million reps to get blood in there and get a pump. My arms and shoulders are good believe it or not because of all the rehab exercises I do for the rotator cuff the delts respond well to that cuz I do them daily. But my chest and back are so much flatter than they used to be 10 years ago it's sad. So needless to say I smash legs all the time.

You ever get a good sports chiro or a good sports physio take a look at you? I had right SI joint dysfunction after a squatting incident 12 years ago and every once in a while it would come back. Turns out my right glute wasn't turning on and engaging as it should dude and Pickering Ontario at duffens Creek medical Dr Kevin Sims he's a fucking genius he spent hours with me figuring it out and then gave me half a dozen exercises and I've literally never had a problem since and it's been about 6 years now.

There's hope for you yet my guy

What's your E2 levels like when this happens? Are you doing this while mostly dry and hard or it even happens when you're fluffy and watery?

So…. The hormone gets injected into the muscle, picked up in the blood stream but scurries immediately to the closest androgen receptor and it’s used to build that muscle.

I learn something new every day. Thank you!

happens on a dry stack with e2 30-40s or on a ridiculous high test stack with it in the triple digits 🤣 ive got less than 2 months to put on quad size before my show prep starts and then i prob wont be gaining any so its kinda a lost cause for right now

Facts. When I first got diagnosed with hypertension, I increased cardio massively.

If I had access to a pool, I'd swim, because running is no bueno for quad/thigh gains.

That's the bro science idea. Never seen any data on it, but from 70s through to to today, site enhancement without synthol is and continues to be done by many a pros and wannabe pros using water base no ester compounds. I'd like to see someone have the cohones to do it with 100-500mcg of methyltrienolone (trens disgusting orally active big much more toxic brother).
