Hope to make this post short and to the point.
I'm 5'8" 190 lbs. 13%bf. Currently on test/mast/var and just added Reta into the mix to help shred up. I've been using gear for almost 15 years, but this is my first run with Reta and my interest and curiosity of GH has skyrocketed lately. I admittedly, know nothing. I'm a clinician and have access to journals, trials, publications, etc. so I will be doing my research on it, but from a bodybuilding/sauce perspective, where do I start?! I hear people talk about different colored tops. "black tops" "yellow tops" etc. Is this indicating different types of GH? How many types are there and which is most common/popular? Where does someone start who has NEVER used GH? Literally, I feel like I did as a 14 year old in GNC trying to learn about creatine. I know nothing here lol, so i appreciate all your input and help!
