k4l prolly best domestic plug ive seen as far as jano testing and price goes. def cheaper plugs but nowhere near as much jano testing on the product. Still alot of the chinese plugs are heavily vouched but dealing with customs is a mess for some and who knows about the business too lol. some of the chinese plugs have domestic warehouses too but still not as much testing as k4l

Currently running 500 test 600 primo 7iu of GH at night…getting bloodwork done June 5….i take 1200 mgs of berberine split into 2 600 mg doses daily…in the event my glucose comes back over 100…what would be the best way to proceed….havent tried metformin yet…would like to stay at 7iu for the duration of the cycle but if glucose can’t be managed ill have to drop the growth down to 4 or 5 iu….glucose at 3 iu was 88-90 while on berberine

Idk if it applies to you but I always see gh taken fasted to stop insulin sensitivity. You could try reta too. It's supposed to increase insulin sensitivity as well. I'm no doc tho lol hope this helps

Didn’t even know Reta was an option so i appreciate it…my only concern would be that I don’t wanna suppress my appetite…not sure if it’s possible to take a low enough dose of Reta that increases sensitivity without reducing hunger

I'm not sure but reta does the least amount of hunger suppression between tirz and Sema and reta

Small enough dose of reta would typically assist in IR but not crush your appetite. Berb and metformin definitely help, but some people really get the shits on metformin (at least for a week or so).

Before bed injection as far away from meal time as possible helps, fasted cardio helps, not abusing your pancreas helps.

I inject GH ABout an hour after I eat and before bed… unable to do fasted cardio and no longer drink…can metformin be taken WITH berberine or its either or?

Seems to be a massive influx of cloudy gh hitting the market across multiple sources

Considering there’s only like a handful of GMP facilities in China producing it, it seems to be showing up with multiple sources that probably get from the same factory

Not sure if they skipped a filtration step in the process or some kind of impurities, or shit inputs leading to shit outputs, but it seems to be popping up a lot more.

I mean sadly most of it comes from China anyways, even the “quality” domestic ones. Turkey seems to be stepping up their game lately though.

Yep. Circular dichroism for secondary and tertiary structure determination. Thread over at Meso. Decent interest in group effort. Better bang for buck and easier to interpret than NMR.
