Niacin flush

In an effort to make my lipids better and lower my triglycerides I've been taking citrus bergamot and just today took a 500mg niacin. Holy shit I felt like my skin was on fire. I thought flush like maybe I'd feel a little warm and turn red, but I felt like I had been sitting in the sun all day. Was kind of a rush. Have you had any experience and mainly positive experience with you lipids using niacin? My good was 44 and bad 85 for cholesterol

I had to stop using niacin because the flush was so bad. I have heard of people taking a time release version at bed and sleeping through it. But every time I take it and get the niacin flush I get super light headed, unable to stand, and basically have an anxiety attack because I feel like I am dying.

Damn that's crazy. It's a tough supp. I may just empty out half the capsule. Can't imagine trying to sleep with that going on it sucks. Whole body is needles and pins and hot

Niacin flush can be fun as fuck if you let it be. For years I bought the ingredient powders and made my own PWO of 100mg DMAA, 500mg Caffeine, 500mg Niacin, 6g beta alanine, 4g taurine, 12g citrulline malate. Shit made me turn red, whole body tingles (it's more intense when you're flushed than not), felt like I could run miles and never tire. Jokingly referred to it as my Red Hulk PWO to friends. I'm in a different place now with lifting so I don't feel the need to get mega jacked up on shit like that but I highly recommend it.

What does this have to do with the benefits you're seeking from it? Nothing! But it does present the opportunity to take what you are already planning to consume and, if you put a little bit of other shit with it, turn it into something useful for lifting.

I def am toying with the idea of taking it before I'm about to get a bj or something. I can imagine that feeling amazing lol
