Veteran TRT and Steroid abuser here.
Been on 2 years, and was feeling great until about 4 months ago when I started having nipple pain despite using an AI. Went and got my prolactin and estrogen tested, estrogen came back exactly normal (35pgml IIRC) and prolactin came back low-normal, I think a 6 out of a scale of 16. So I ruled out the two obvious things. I started taking a tab of Nolvadex per week and that mildly helped and the problem generally went away. These last few weeks though it's been back with a vengeance, no matter how much Arimidex I use, the nipple pain is still there. I don't get it.
My nipples visually look normal, they look like they have zero gyno, but they are painful to touch. My only plan now is go down to something like 100mg of test, and 100mg of primo for a few weeks. I just want to fix this. What do y'all think?
