My wife is 11 years younger. Not such a big deal at 51 but when she was 25 we got a few sideways looks 🤣
Whenever we are walking through TSA and they let the wife and kids walk through the metal detector and not the full body scanner they are always no not you sir, ohhh, you're with her?

When I was 42 I dated a 25 year old girl for 6 months. Out in public older women would look at me in disgust. Their husbands however would look at my girlfriend, look at me, and nod in approval as if saying "hell yeah brother". It was both awkward and hilarious at the same time.

Anyone see a guy on gear with a pacemaker? Seen one at the gym today. Nice guy. He told me it doesn't show him down. I felt a little weird about it. It was bulging out his chest.

Nope ...but makes sense. Just controlling hear rate. My father and mother both had to get them on there mid 70s due to arrhythmia. Brother just had to have a heart ablation for the same in his late 60s. Guess I need to stay on my cardio.

Was thinking the same thing over here at 38 about joining the "old thread". 10 year younger wife with a 3 year old and 5 year old and raised by grandparents so relate to the older crowd. Working corporate professional and father so typically diet/training are not my first priority.
see I knew it wasn't just me!

Starting HGH next week, planning on running it rest of the year. Questions for the old timers

1. Does it help with loose skin? I lost 100lbs over the past 3 years, and have a bit of loose skin on my stomach and thighs. Hoping to avoid surgery

2. Besides glucose, what other health markers do you guys monitor? I get bloodwork every 5 weeks, just want to know what to check

3. What doses you guys running? I'm thinking of titrating up to whatever I can tolerate, maybe 5-6iu?

What are your go to peptides and aminos? Currently I am enjoying NAD+, GH, Melanotan 2, and B12 with L-Carnitine. Wanting to lose another 10 lbs but struggling and feeling like GLPs have done what they can. Still training 5 days a week, 3 with a trainer, and tracking macros at a deficit but the losses are slowwwww. Any success with SLU-PP-332?
How's your experience with NAD+ and L-Carnitine been? Been thinking of trying either of those or Glutathione.

Hey you old bastards, I'm long overdue joining in here. I'm 41 and feel old as fuck. I ran a lot of gear in my early to late 20s, but mostly the past 10 years has just been TRT. Used to run 200 mg, then dropped to around 150ish the past few years, and recently I backed down to 130mg because I always need to donate.

Anyway, my knees are fucking terrible now and I'm constantly cracking and popping all over. I'm consideriny jumping on GH, but just enough to help with skin, maybe joints, possibly fat loss? Would 1iu a day do anything, or do you think I need to run at least 2-3iu?

I did get my IGF-1 tested recently, at 167 on a scale of 52-328.

I ran a little over 3 months of 2iu last year and honestly didn't feel much at all. I didn't have a great source (was getting it through a clinic who was charging me a shit ton) so didn't seem worth continuing. Maybe if I ran it longer, it would have done something, but this next round (I just started last night) I'm starting at 3iu and will titrate up to maybe 5-6 slowly if I feel like I need to. Getting it much cheaper now, so bought enough to stay on it a full year to really give it a chance to provide results as I hear it takes a looong time to notice much benefit.

Honestly, my opinion,.start with 2 and titrate up. I love it. But do feel as I add more, it effects BP.

Love NAD+, Glutathione, and L-Carnitine. Currently running all 3 e/o day. Have been for months. NAD+ will take your breath away at higher doses for a few minutes. Then you will feel great for the rest of the day.
