Out of the loops, why is PPL no longer listed as the international source

I tried to search the forum, but no details came up, just some speculations that PPL is selling things other than AAS and thus his removal. Mod never really addressed the removal so now I'm not sure if it's still recommended to order from PPL.

PPL was removed because they wanted to use this forum to sell narcotics, and would not agree to delist a number of concerning items from their store.
