If you are actually willing to pin your wang you deserve for it to be the size of a jet plane. But as someone with an above average wang let me tell you I have often wished it was smaller so certain bedroom activities were less intimidating for my partner. @MrMetal it would inhibit myostatin in the erectile tissues of the penis. meaning size would be increased due to packing on more tissue which wouldnt normally accumulate on the body due to genetic limitations.

Injecting into the penis is probably not that horrible for those gainz. Plenty of dudes inject Trimix, etc. and they think it’s worth it. I’d be pretty worried about messing something up and ending up with permanent ED or an infection.
