Message to New and Existing customers of Lock and Load
Has anyone else been having issues with Lock and Load lately?
About two months ago, I placed an order that showed as “delivered,” but I never actually received it. I didn’t get a refund, which I understand since the tracking showed it was delivered—but still, it was frustrating. I also didn't get a refund
Then last week, I talked to Dom, I placed another order (on Saturday), and I still haven’t even gotten a tracking number. I reached out and was told the average processing time is 4–5 days, but that hasn’t been my experience in the past. I’ve been ordering from them for over five years and usually get tracking within 48 hours, and the product in hand within a few days. ( I mean its just a standard domestic shipment)
If you cant handle the orders and process them efficiently, its gonna start making you look bad as a company
Not sure what’s going on, but it feels like they’re slipping a bit. Just wondering if anyone else is running into similar issues?
