As for my training routine now that I pretty much figured out my hormonal regimen… is a combination of Layne Nortons phat and Dorian Yates hit hence my admiration for
Dorian Yates .

It was called Dorian Yates The Original Mass Monster. Maybe he meant before he went pro, but it sounded like that was he did. I'm shaking my head hell no.

I can't take this guy seriously. He falls to 65% kidney function and then continues to show obsessive behavior over future cycle construction
I hate to say it, but I agree.

Man needs to just do TRT or come off altogether. I don’t say this to be a dick, but because I’ve watched countless bodybuilders and enthusiasts essentially kill themselves when it was 100% avoidable.
Taking copious amounts of gear endlessly just to look the exact same… it’s just not worth it. Your body is trying to tell you to stop brother.

I haven’t used anything in a month …. I was busy dealing with life and simply planning my new off season prep cycle for the battle of Tx in December

I was sick in December preparing for the Phil Heath clsssic in April and pushed it really hard

Then my kidney score was 69% and stopped using every thing but trt with peptides bpc and tb 500 . Now my kidney function is 80% and I feel greatttttt.


I just started my off season prep today now that I received my products from @OdinLabs !

Haven’t used absolutely nothing this past month not even trt ! Today was my first workout this month since may !

Received @OdinLabs products today : sustanon 300 , Masteron e 200 , inj a drol 50 !

I am beginning my off season prep today for the Battle of TX ! Dec 7!

I injected 200 mg sus , 300 mg mast e , 50 mg inj a drol !


Everything was super thin and smooth the oils !

There was a little sting or bite I guess because I loaded the entire 3 ml syringe to the max with the sus , mast e and inj Adrol but nothing crazy !

Pics from tonight’s workout

My workout was a Dorian Yates style hit workout


Push day

I started off with pre exhaust cable presses

1: 125 lbs x 12 reps
2: 175 lbs x 12 reps
3 : 200 lbs x 12 reps to failure


Then seated machine press
1: 300 lbs x 6 reps
2: 400 lbs to failure at 8 reps


Then overhead machine press super set with seated machine flys

Then
Decline machine press
1: 250 lbs x 10 reps
2: 350 lbs to failure at 12 reps


Then
Seated narrow grip press


Then cable flys
1 exhaust set of 25 reps


Then triceps work

Side unilateral push down
Super set with heavy bar push down

Reverse push downs

@OdinLabs oils are super thin and flow smooth almost like water ! The a drol even holds completely!

What exactly do you mean by off season prep? How are you structuring this? You're 26 weeks out from the show roughly. You're going to mass for 10 weeks then prep for 16?

You're competing in classic physique right? What's your weight cap?

I’m going for open . I want to compete over 200 lbs on stage and do heavy weight , not interested in classic anymore. This will be my first heavy weight appearance so I will dedicate more time to gaining mass maybe 18 weeks of mass building and then 8 weeks of drying out .

8 weeks isn't alot of time to drop bodyfat. I guess it all depends on how lean you are when you're 8 weeks out.
