I ordered international finished stealth products from PPL. I received an email over a month with tracking. I’ve been actively monitoring tracking for updates and since that email, no updates have been made. It reads “shipping label created, haven’t received package”. I sent an email last week to the email provided by PPL and no response. I may be paranoid, and I understand the nature of the order(international stealth) usually includes a lengthy waiting period, but I’m concerned since I’ve only heard good things about PPL and have ordered from them in the past. Never this long for T/A. Hopefully someone can clarify what’s happening soon.

@jteezy none yet. Tried reaching out to Ollie as well, email couldn’t sent. Not sure if that means email no longer exists, hopefully someone reaches out soon. I’m losing faith

My order came through almost six weeks after I placed it. Haven’t brewed it up yet, but everything looks like I expected it to. They seem to be using a proxy to ship, so tracking is going to look dead until the couple days before it shows up. Have faith mang

I’e used purple panda quite a few times and never had an issue, yes sometimes things can take longer than usual. However, I’ve always received my packages and the products are always on point. The hold ups are usually due to the fact that it’s international shipping and I can just imagine how complicated that can get. They very responsive via email though.

@bringyourtools use the wickr message app to get ahold of Ollie. I find it’s a much more direct way to communicate… worth a shot… but I’ve seen this happen often with their order/billing system and usually it still goes through on their end… but still make contact and I know Ollie will take care of you. He seems to be doing a decent job

@daBiscuit for about a week… was asked to help him get going on some forums… then I was helping him witg something else… when I said enough you need to do this on your own now. He continued to do what I said not to and we had a falling out. He would ghost for weeks at a time… his product is good his attitude is shit

They delivered to me on time, so no issue there, but I’m stilling waiting for @purplepandaRep to respond to my thread about an issue for weeks now.

Unfortunately shipping is rather slow for safety and 100% pass through customs. Around the holidays I expect shipping times to be even more of a wait. But we appreciate the patience.
