Purple Panda Order Issue

I placed an order with your site. However, the order status showed as “preparing shipment” immediately… before I finalized payment. (Which was odd)

As usual I slightly overpaid to compensate for Bitcoin fluctuation and received the “PAID” confirmation from your site after a few minutes.

However, I never received the “payment received” email from your website. This made me curious so I just checked your website and my order is completely GONE from my order history.

When I placed the order it was next to my past orders in the order history, now it is nowhere to be found. (Like someone deleted it, or it auto timed out and the system never connected the payment)

I have sent an email with proof of transaction to
[email protected]. (Along with order details and order number)

Please ensure they don’t just skip over this. I have had bad luck with getting responses from them. Would like some follow up asap.

**UPDATE: Love when I can post positive updates to challenges and the system works.

Melody at PPL replied within 24 hrs. She explained that the payment failed to post from their crypto vendor within the 7 hour time frame and the order auto expired.

This fits. They are prepping shipment asap.

Melody the Service Rep does come through for genuine problems. She’s really good at sifting through the bullshit and making sure people with genuine problems get taken care of. Glad everything’s straighten out bro.
