I have used tirz (compounded) for years but have gotten it from a nurse practitioner and it was ready to inject. Looking to switch to Reta but need some help. Basically I would love someone to walk me through the process. How do you know how much BAC water to add? How does that relate to dosage? I am comfortable starting at a 2mg dose but not sure how to get there.

The simplest way….If it’s a 10mg vial, add 1ml of BAC water. Then every 10th of a CC (1 CC syringe) would be 1mg. To do 2mg, you would draw up to the 20 notch on the syringe.

There are helpful peptide calculators online that provide a visual too if you want to search for them

The easiest way I learned is to whatever mg bottle you have add a 0 to the end of it and that’s how many units of bac water you add. Example 10mg=100 units of bac water. 20mg=200 units of water. That way every 10 units will always be 1mg

Bro. If you want to take 1 mg, you take 1 mg. There’s no micrograms involved. But 1 mg equals 1,000 micrograms. Don’t bama got the googles and interweb portholes yet?

You don’t have the vial of retrutratide yet do you? When you get it, look at it and then look at the 30 ml of bac water. It ain’t all gonna fit.

Just add 2 ml of bac water to the 20 mg of retrutratide. Then every 0.1 ml = 1 mg of retrutratide. Count it all out on your 5 fingers and 6 toes.

Dude, no bro science needed for this at all. Basic google searches can help…

And expecting a reconstituted peptide to last you 5 months is a bit scary. You need to google how long they’re “expected” to last after reconstitution…

You aren’t asking your questions the correct way.

Are you looking to pin it once a week, twice a week or daily?

With math ability like this, I am not surprised that counting calories didn't work.

That would be 5mg.

Every tenth of a ml in the 2ml/20mg reconstituted solution would be 1mg. Why? Because you have 20mg split between two ml. One ml is 10mg. Half of that is 5mg.

Again, it’s all based off how much BAC you use. If your use other than 2ml, the pic I sent is pointless
