appreciate your help brother. tbh black coffee during the day. till about 5-6 pm. no pre.Well. DashPCT DOES sell some sleep aids but you can request these from your doc too.
I need more info to help you though. Please tell me if your issue is:
1) Falling asleep
2) Staying asleep
3) Being unable to maintain a consistent sleep schedule
What does your current stimulant intake look like? What time of day do you pin?
YOU ARE THE MAN! I appreciate you ! Thanks!Alright brother couple of points to help you out and then onto sleep medications:
1. No more caffeine than 300 mg per day total MAX. This includes all sources of caffeine (chocolate, coffee, tea, etc.). Make your last dose of caffeine 8 hours at least before your bed time.
2. Make your bedroom as conducive as possible to sleep. Blackout curtains if you can afford them. Otherwise, eye mask. Wear ear plugs if noise is a concern. Keep the bedroom nice and cool. You need your core body temperature to drop in order to fall asleep.
3. Take a hot shower 2 hours before bed. This will help your body cool off and lower its temperature before sleep.
4. No food at least 2 hours before bed. Food sends a signal to your body to be awake and alert.
5. Two hours before bed, dim the lights and put on blue-light blocking glasses if you will continue using electronics.
6. Limit naps to no more than 20-30 minutes during the day if possible. This will help you to avoid falling into a deep stage of sleep from which it’s brutal and exhausting to wake out of + it will help to keep your sleep pressure high so you sleep well at night.
Supplements/medications:
1. One hour before bed, take 300 mcg (0.3 mg) of time-released melatonin. This will help set your circadian rhythm and lower your body temperature
2. Take 600 mg L theanine. This will relax your mind and body
3. Take some sort of magnesium supplement (doesn’t matter which type) an hour before bed.
4. Cup of chamomile tea
Now the fun part (meds):
1. Doxylamine succinate (found in unisom). Honestly the strongest sleep med I have ever taken and I have taken literal Benzo’s and ambien. This shit will knock you the fuck out. Take 25 mg and don’t expect to be awake for at least 8 hours.
2. Eszopiclone (Lunesta): A GABA-A receptor agonist which targets the same site as benzos but is not nearly as addictive or difficult to come off of. Studies have demonstrated continued efficacy for up to 6 months. Doses range from 1-3 mg. Start low and assess if it works for you. Will need to taper off if you do decide to use this one.
3. Clonidine
Usually used as a BP med, off-label use for ADHD and restless legs has been seen before. Clonidine has a mild sedative effect and it also promotes the release of HGH. I recommend starting at 1/2 of the 0.1 mg tablet (the lowest starting dose) to avoid hypotension. You will also need to slowly taper off this one to avoid rebound hypertension.

Eszopiclone is sold for a fairly cheap and reasonable price by DashPCT. I have used their Hypnite 3 mg several times. It’s definitely not as potent as pharma Eszopiclone though (I have a script)
Clonidine you’re only going to be able to get through a doctor unfortunately. Just tell them you have a hard time sleeping and high BP. Ask them if you can try 0.1 mg clonidine. I don’t foresee anyone saying no.
