I played with it for a few weeks. Morning cardio was notably easier, other than that, I didn’t notice much, but I’d have to run it for a few months to determine if there were any other noticeable effects. I was using 1000mcg 30 minutes pre-cardio. I’m curious to know others experiences as well.

When you say cardio was easier, do you mean perceived effort or you felt you had more endurance? I'm trying to mentally understand if SLU is relatable to other compounds like l-carnitine injections for enhancing cardio via endurance or if the effects are different and more like how you feel strength-wise when on AAS and things just "feel easier" (but the cardio equivalent).

I guess I would say more endurance. I don’t feel as gassed at the end of a cardio session, and the “calories burned” on my elliptical was significantly higher during the same elapsed time that I always do. Could be placebo I guess, but I don’t think it was.

Almost picked some up, been eyeing it from a vendor just go the wife some Tirz from. Curious about it as well.

I have been on 750-1000mcg daily, divided dose. It's been about 10 days, honestly, the only thing I really notice is increased sweating during lifts and cardio. Possibly some improved
blood sugar control / insulin sensitivity via the CGM i wear. I'm going to run it for 3-6 months before making any real judgements.

I'm mostly interested in the background metabolic support, more than weight loss.
Thinking of adding some MOTS-c to the mix in the coming weeks.

Is 500mcg enough?

Kind of doing a slow bulk/recomp right now. Hoping I can keep pushing the weight up and even lean down more with HIIT cardio, a mild surplus and some help from compounds like hgh, SLU, l carnitine, and yohimbine on rest days with fasted cardio

i ran up to 80 mg daily, 40 mg in morning, 40 mg mid afternoon, i noticed a rhr increase of 5-10 points, increased cardio output, more sweat, and i ran this for 4-5 months and now have lowered my daily dose down to 20 mg daily, rhr has reduced a few points , im sure from the reduction in dose, other than that it was kind of a lack luster compound, not to exciting imo,,

let us know what that dose does? It seems so minuscule, but then again so many different doses and such its hard to say what will work for some and others? Take note of rhr as one variable as you probably already know, but that was one major thing i noticed when mega dosing it, since ihave pretty much dropped using the Slupp, my rhr is back to 64, and i have noticed a little less vascular, but that could just be because i been eating like a tird lately aha,

I’ve been using Slu for roughly 1 year at doses ranging from 1mg - 5mg. I get a sense of well being and an increase of energy roughly an hour after taking it. Keeps me hotter throughout the day and I want to say it kept me leaner during my mass phase but it’s hard to tell if it was the Slu or everything else I was running. I’ll be trying the injectable version soon.

Definitely appreciate the review. I’m hoping to see some good things from it, all my other variables are about as consistent as I can get them so I’m hoping it’ll help me lean down more or at worst, get an endurance boost for my workouts

Definitely will. I have Reta kind of skewing my rhr at the moment but if I notice it going up more from the slu I’ll have to make some adjustments.

And yeah I see the dosages all over the place. Seen IFBB pros raving over it at 250-500mcg a day, then see some people running 20-100mg. Dosages are all over. I figure it’s probably best to start at the low end, try to get a feel for it, see if anything’s happening, then I can always increase it later rather than jumping into the deep end too soon. Realistically I’ll probably bump in to 500mcg am and 500mcg post workout in a few weeks if I’m seeing nothing at all. Probably won’t go higher than that. And if it’s working at 250/250 I’ll probably just leave it there
