I was picking up some alcohol swabs at Walmart, and noticed the blood glucose monitors right there next to the swabs.

I don't run anything crazy, Test, Deca, and 4iu nightly HGH (just started HGH last month).

I've been curious for a while what my blood glucose is like throughout the day, and the meter was only $19, another $20 or so for supplies). So far it's pretty interesting with only half a day of measurements. My level is 95 or 96 most of the time. After eating I see it rise to 105, 107, even 114 after eating 65g of cinnamon toast crunch (not my regular thing, but science). Not sure exactly when the peak is, but I'll probably figure that out with time.

Anyway, good fun for a while until I realize I'm just getting the same normal readings day after day.

I'm not sure yet. I brought the meter to work with me the second day I had it, then forgot it in my office. Just brought it home again today. It's kinda tough getting a true fasted result due to my calorie intake right now. The lowest I've seen is 95. Oh and I was wrong about what happens after I eat, it goes WAY up for a while after I eat. Much more than I originally thought. Blood glucose does immediately rise after a meal, but it countries rising for quite some time after.

Still figuring it out.

Wow. Ive always wanted a CGM continous glucose monitor but you need to go through the stupid referal process from a doc. And there expensive. Is this not like those where you pin something into your arm for the day? Maybe share a link to this on walmart.com.

I went down the path of looking at continuous monitors. You're right, they're expensive and require a prescription.

I ended up picking up this unit: https://www.walmart.com/ip/535063483

It's super cheap. The supplies are where they get you, but they aren't that much for a hobbyist like me.
