Maybe I’m having an allergic reaction to the MCTI have tried a few different injectables and orals and have been pleased with everything so far.
Would love for you to send something off for testing. To ensure the guy is selling accurately dosed stuff. You have plenty to choose from, Holy crap.I started to order from hyper trophy not long after he first came out… I would do small orders and kind of randomly select items to test a little bit of everything until I came to my own conclusion. I just recently made my first big order, 194 total individual items. The professionalism and care in the packaging is second to none. The order came in two boxes. I made my order on 12 March, and it was delivered to my doorstep the 16th. Typical turnaround is usually three days, however, he did tell me this one would be a little bit longer as he wanted everything packaged individually by product.
Every transaction, every communication, and every piece of inventory I have received from hyper trophy has been 110% on point, prompt, and clean.
If you have been waiting to test it out or place your order, wait, no more!
Wrong answer, and quite frankly shows how little you care. This is caused from trash cheap stoppers. No 10ml Vial should be peppered with floaters, especially one as full as that guys. This is happening due to multiple draws out of the same vial, especially with an 18g draw pin. This is called coring and fragmentation of the stopper. Although this happened thru no fault of my own, I want all my clients to be satisfied and happy with the product they purchased. I will replace this (1) vial free of charge with your next order.
Also, for you and anyone else reading, an adapter for needle less drawing is available., it is called a vial clave. This utilizes the syringe only thru the Luer Lock system allowing the user to draw the solution without multiple insertions of large bore needles, thus creating this occurrence. The only downside to this tool is that the user cannot remove the adapter once inserted into the vial. Here is a vendor online who has them available- https://www.ciamedical.com/icu-medical-ch-70-case-clave-vial-multi-dose-50-ca
Do not spend a dime on that crap. My suggestion, find another source here because this guy doesn't deserve your business.Hmm good to know.
And holy crap at the price of the adaptor.
That line could easily be the other side of your cheap labels. So don't assume it's almost empty, nice try. I know your labels are cheap crap because I grabbed a few mast from you in the beginning. And when I tried to peel back to inspect for floaters, they began half peeling off.Thank you for your input but I use the best quality stopper I can source. This is also (1) client who has had this issue in the 6 months I've been here. You can keep your negative comments to yourself about my product quality. I take a great amount of time to make sure I produce a safe product for all my clients, so for you to belittle that with one isolated incident is out of line. Also, if you took the time to look at the picture provided you will see the vial is close to empty, not "full". What I will agree with was my replacement response, @illmortalized please email me and I will replace the entire order free of charge.

Best stoppers you can find? Must be ordering from China then.
You're assuming this guy cored it, but you don't know so quit deflecting the problem onto the customer. By doing so, your defending this source and placing the blame elsewhere. The customer said "a few uses", so no its not from coring.I’ve never had the problem that was posted above even though I draw out of the same vial 30+ times. It definitely seems that the vials have been cored using a huge drawing needle. I’ve seen this happen with other sources here because for some reason people feel the need to draw with huge needles instead of heating the vial with a candle warmer and using a 23/25.
Hypertrophy is a great source. I do not see this being a problem that will arise again unless someone cores their vials.
I don’t really feel like arguing with you, im not here to argue and you seem to be slightly aggressive for no reason. This problem has popped up quite a bit in the years I’ve been on this board and it’s always from people coring their vials. Always. You're assuming this guy cored it, but you don't know so quit deflecting the problem onto the customer. By doing so, you’re defending this source and placing the blame elsewhere. New account with all 2 posts defending this guy, this kind of stuff makes sources like this look shady. The source is in the wrong, and only changed his mind about reshipping the vial because I spoke up. But I'm the bad guy here.Test4life is out of line. Hype has achieved "verified source" status by the moderators in just a few months. That means they checked all the boxes on Hype for the standards they have set to become verified. I would think the process is fairly rigorous and one has to be meticulous with their product in all aspects. Hype is a great source and his service and product is why I switched vendors from a very long-time source who has the best labels on this board. (NO doubt hype will upgrade the labels so you can peel to your satisfaction.)
I also had constant leakage from the stoppers from the source I switched from using a 23g needle. Last, if you read Hype's introduction he has been brewing for a long time before opening his own site.
STOP criticizing over the minutia.
Hello @Hypertrophy
I’ve responded to your email with what was ordered back in September.
Thank you, I appreciate it.
I’m using a 23g for drawing. I don’t know when these floaters started appearing but today would be my 18th draw off the vial.
Thank you but the issue has been resolved. No need to instigate this guy. The client is happy with the resolution.Test4life is out of line. My account is not new just because I have only posted twice. People talk (text) a lot so I listen and read. I don't find the need to do a knee jerk response to 99% of the post. If verification means jack squat to you why are you even using sources from SST? I'm done.New account with all 2 posts defending this guy, this kind of stuff makes sources like this look shady. I'm on the customers side when source makes a mistake. And verified means jack squat.
TY Hype.Thank you but the issue has been resolved. No need to instigate this guy. The client is happy with the resolution.
