Cals are around 4 k a day

And yes I need bigger arms, currently they are 18 Inches but we all know we need 20 or greater

Decided I will cut out the Npp
And
Just focus on high test and gradually increasing ment dose .

So currently 720 test 240 ment 50 mg proviron 7 iu gh and 12.5 mg aromasin eod

Yea I aromatize was getting poofy nipples and high blood pressure combining high doses of test npp and ment so I will cut out npp and just use test and ment

I was thinking since I am using 720 mg test and 200 mg ment there would have been a lot of aromatization and would need at least some aromasin . I was only doing two -3 tabs a week . 12.5 mg tabs along with 50 mg proviron

Nope not needed if taking viron. That’s my opinion. Try it out I doubt you will get bitch tits

Yes I will try it because at the start of the cycle I had a very full look now I’m tired cranky limp lol and very flat looking

Actually 50mg works very well. On that dosage of test I don’t see more

Yes the cardio does help and I really got to at least start doing 30 min a day of walking

No. I feel my power go down like through my fingers weekly. I mean imagine going from 2g to 300mg within 3 weeks you start to feel it. My joints start to hurt also and I have to lower the weights and type of movements.

Now I know many that stay on year round in fact over 10 year past 50 and haven’t been off, blood is slightly elevated on certain things but take a lot of supplements to offset that believe me they work for heart liver etc. a few doctors around my area have said to us many times that test doesn’t hurt you as bad as the gh and igf does as we age, they are talking growths etc

So ur saying the gh is harmful over time with chronic usage
