No overnight shipping or express shipping is available. We generally use USPS 2 Day Priority shipping.

IMPORTANT:
Lost or missing orders

#1 If the order is lost or missing because of mistakes made by the customer we will not reship or compensate you in anyway. This includes any mistake made by the customer that causes the order not to be delivered.

#2 If the post office lost your order and it hasn't moved in 3 weeks we will offer a reship at 50% of the original cost.

#3 If the package does not get scanned ever and there is no way for us to prove we shipped it then we will replace it for free.

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment received. Orders are taken on a “first come/paid, first served” basis. T/A will be 3 to 5 days, assuming the mail is moving as it should be. We do not control shipping times during holidays or bad weather in your area. Bear with us.

Shipping: Tracking numbers are generated the same day funds are received but your package may not necessarily ship the same day. Also we are not responsible for mistakes made by the post office. Sometimes they do not scan a package until it is delivered. If you have any questions regarding your order please send an email and allow up to 24 hours for a response. And please allow 3 to 7 business days after your tracking number is generated for your package to arrive.

We have seen some sources come back w underdosed gear lately…Probably from not having raws tested by 3rd party…Anyways, good luck w your endeavors here

Sorry for the late reply guys and thank you for having us on SST we are looking forward to providing you guys with quality products at
a great prices, please bare with me as I am new to this forum and still learning the ins an outs and how to navigate the forum, I will try my best to get back to you guys with in 24 hrs of your post, as for testing on our products I have been brewing for over 6 years and created my first website 2 years ago were we were on another well known forum but since have sold that site but last I checked they were still in the top 5 domestic sources on that forum, we do not ship international. We normally have our products tested every 6 months to a year or if we are having negative feed back on a certain batch, I have recently sent out all of my products to be tested for you guys here on SST and will post pics of all the results as soon as I get them back normally takes a few weeks so please be patient and I will be posting pics off all my products here in the next few days, you guys can also feel free to message us on our email if you have any questions you need or want to ask directly in private.

I see some of you had some Question on how long my promo prices on my Test E, C and P will be running and what the regular prices will be, I am probably going to run the promo all the way threw January and return the pricing to 35 for Test E and C and 25 for Test P, but every month or two weeks will be running some kind of promo ,

@99powerstroke We regularly test our products every 6mon-1year. We have been using the same raw source the entire time we have been brewing the past 6 years. We have older testing done but we are in the process of getting our inventory tested now and will post those as soon as they come in. We will also have any raw retested if we ever get negative feedback of any kind on a batch of raws. We want to be able to make the highest quality product available at all times to our customers. As you, the customer, is our highest priority.
