I’m pretty upset right now.
@99powerstroke While I can’t speak to the rest and can say that we don’t require the source to post anything like testing (though it is encouraged), I can speak to their proof of stock as that is one of many items we verify via the source application before allowing any source to post. We also verify things including on hand equipment, and sterilization procedures, among others.

We decline many sources who fail to adequately respond to our application.
I do want to say that I’m pretty upset right now. I’ve ordered and ordered with these people and it’s always been great service but the products have a lot of PIP issues. Although I still use them but have to use MCT oil to dilute the test that I get from them. I’ve just now sent in another order of $500 and they won’t respond, I’ve emailed multiple times about this and ask for vials of MCT oil to go with my products and the EXTRA vial of test for order g over a certain amount and they still refuse to answer. Idk what’s going on but this isn’t good serve at all and this is the 5th time that I’ve ask and still waited with no reply. Guys beware. $500 and acting shady like this?? I’m very unhappy

still waiting on a response to my email from 5 days ago as well - waiting on an update for an order from 02/10 that was never processed/received by the PO. First time in about a year with an issue, but it’s almost been a month now…
Maybe it didn't go through but emails are answered hourly

I’m just getting tired of the non-response and “we answer emails hourly” when at least in my case, they don’t.

I have at least 3 unanswered emails in their (verified & correct) email inbox currently, so, I try posting here and I get “send in an email” as a response.

So, I sent it in an email. Take a guess at what happened next (hint: I’m posting here again lol).

Now I’m out of a $400 order with almost no follow-up a month later.

I’m just looking for some sort of resolution. They’ve been quick to email as well, until just recently. They’ve also missed a vial or two on past orders and were quick to remedy those, so I’m just trying to find what the issue here is.

Yessir, I use proton and I check my junk mail regularly.

I appreciate the help, not trying to be a pain in the ass here either. Only looking for some kind of follow-up/remedy to this. 👍🏼

Totally understood. If I was out money I’d want resolution too. That’s not right.

It’s better to handle it professionally rather than flying off though.

Just sent another new email as well at 1:27pm MST - so don’t think I’m just “rage” posting here and not contacting them directly lol.

Follow up: Response was received just now and the order is being reshipped. Happy to see it resolved - thanks for making it right @BioPharmaUSA

I put in an order for 2 mast, 3 Anavar, 1 cialis, 2 clen, 2 test e last Tuesday and it came this past Saturday and the only thing in the package was one pack of lady Anavar so clearly they mixed up my package. But I emailed the admin from the site Saturday and this morning and no response. Who do I need to get a hold of to get my order?

why has everyone else ordered from them no problem and you haven't got your pack in a month?

when a source is pulling something sketchy this place is blown up with complaints. You probably messed something up.
