Hey Dash,
I placed an international order on 8/29 and delivery was scheduled to come yesterday 9/12. The status showed out for delivery in the morning but when I checked the mail later in the day, I had mail in the box except for the package. Around 6pm the status updated to “No such number” “incorrect address” “return to sender.” I’ve been in contact through email about the situation and was advised to reach out to the post office which I did first thing this morning. I gave them the tracking # and showed them my ID and they said that the address on the card doesn’t match the shipping address that was on the label and that the return process was already in place and not at the post office that delivers my mail. I’ve placed orders before and had no issues using the same address as everything matches up correctly on my end. I’m waiting on a response from the emails regarding the next step to help resolve this issue and wanted you to also be aware of what’s going on.
I can provide past order #s along with this one if you need to show that everything is as it should be from my end and there’s an issue here.
I copy and pasted my post in the sources thread. 3 days later and I still haven’t heard back through email or in that thread regarding this issue.
