I am posting this complaint about the above Canadian source Nordic Fusion and the reps lack of customer service or just plain lack of attention in day to day operations.
I got sent the labs list by a bud of mine who had a similar issue getting tacking from this individual but not like I recently did.
I do not frequent BB forums anymore as there is to much drama and dick measuring going on but I joined here to post this for others to make an informed decision about this Rep. and or the lab he is repping.
I am posting the email chain of back and forth, I have obviously edited out my info and also edited out his payment info etc. I have not removed his email address as it is public here on the forum and available to everyone who goes to his source thread.
Also his list here does not show compounds that have EO in them but the list I was sent shows where EO is used. What's the deal with that? Which list is correct?
This for me is a one and done, while I was waiting for the tracking I ordered the exact same order from a lab I have been dealing with for a while and it got here before this order from Nordic did LOL
Nordic is pretty close to me and my reg lab is on the other side of the country. Yeah Nordic's order showed up finally ( still have not been sent the tracking number) then again some say Jesus will come back one day also.

Well it's been 6 days now since I requested the tracking number and you replying that I would have it that night. Nothing has arrived at the end of the day Friday. Perhaps it will be there today when I get home from work? Hard to say when I don't have the ability to check on the package through Canada post.

It appears Canada Post has lost your package, and of course as a source, we don't have a return address. It took them an incredibly long time for them to give me an answer on this as I've been continually back and forth with them originating with wondering where the tracking number was with this specific order.
Somewhere down the line there has been a large error but no one to be held accountable. So it will remain a mystery. As usual when dealing with CP.
The main lab has a 50% reshipping fee, but I don't operate that way - I will be personally paying for the product/shipping and sending your items over to you again once more.
I will also be providing you with a free item on your next order for having to deal with all this.
