source complaint Tejas Cardinal 12/26/22 1/11/23 resolved see my last post

Placed an order on 11/28/22 for bac water, cialis, and HGH for a total of $600.00 made payment and received no confirmation or shipping info. I contacted them on 11/30/22 because my order showed canceled on there site. I received an email back asking for the transaction ID. on 12/2/22 I responded with the transaction ID number. I have emailed them on 12/6 and 12/12 and no response. I understand they don't email often but at this point im guessing they took my money and have no intention of making good on this order. I want to say I've used Texas Mass, Southern Compounding, and Colonial in the past, all were impeccable with my orders and communication. Very disappointed in Tejas, I hope you all think twice before placing an order. I placed an order with Opti for my HGH and it shoed up a few days later. Gonna move my business elsewhere done with half fast operations.

Want to add onto this. Dragon ordnance orders or has production from tejas as well seems like a joint operation I am also out of $900 from an order from November 5th wouldn't go along with anyone I. This circle. Dashpct, expresspct, tejas, or dragon

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with our products or has been resolved but shoot me an email on proton with details and let's see if we can get it resolved.

We absolutely do get involved. We are happy to intervene where necessary. As I understand it OP's issue is resolved. @Bigdovis2 is saying he hasn't received an order confirmation for an order placed 2 days ago, if I understand correctly. Given he's not alleging to have been scammed or ripped off or otherwise wronged, I don't think our intervention is necessary at this time. If people have feedback relating to general service and response times of course there's a place for that in a source's thread.

Perhaps I should be outlining all of this more clearly somewhere.

I'm sorry for your pain , been there but it will work out . Only one other source is perfect in my eyes on here besides tejas. Nothing wrong over here, I think it may have sounded like I was complaining but I’m not, I guess it’s just the way I type and talk…. Really just meant it as I’m not used to sources kinda staying quiet while doing business.

Most sources seem to have people respond quite fast on email and on their threads. It’s all good as long as the gear shows up and doesn’t give me an infection lol.

1/11/23 Received my order everything looks great! They hooked me up with a lot of extras I'm excited to try! The quality and packaging looks top notch. I will def be be using Tejas in the future!
