i contacted you before and i thought you said 3-5 days. just didnt know if you shipping from INT. I 100% ordered for US DOM though.

Wanted to share that I recently emailed Dash directly on 9/20/22 asking about availability of a specific Domestic med that I previously ordered with no problem and questioned their domestic supply status. They got back to me within a few hours via email stating:

-Dash
"Hey Mate,
We will open the domestic store once we ship the outstanding orders, too much orders pending and we have to ship them first before we take any new orders."

Just wanted to put this out there showing they have acknowledged, at least via email, issues they are having with their domestic orders. I do think helps explain some reasons behind recent issues and thought it was relevant to report the pretty quick response time and info on their backed up orders. I ordered from Dash back in early August, both domestic and international at the same time and both had some great T/A in my experience (1 week for domestic; 10 days int'l).

Your order has been placed under your account now. I understand your frustration and time loss, but we aren't the postal service. Postal services making mistakes is something we cannot control.

To shortly summarize what I've stated on the other forum - our domestic operations are obviously too slow to really warrant a premium over international, and we're severely out of stock out of a few things. I've decided to close it down for now, as I'll look for someone to help my shipper or perhaps a higher minimum, and also restock.

Business has been booming, unexpectedly, these few past weeks. We get around 200 emails a day, but we seem to respond to everyone on a daily manner - replies to our email, do get replied to the following day mostly. However, I am active on the board. Reminder that I am also Dragon Ordnance - where I have been posting frequently. Its just annoying for me to switch over accounts with this dumb 2FA in place that I can't seem to turn off.


No need for someone like us who's living in China.

The items are not the same. My items here are from India, and my items on Dragon are from Turkey/China.

All good news, thanks for the update. It's easy to get paranoid when you're juiced and I think a lot of users here lean into that a bit too much.

Appreciate the Indian pharma side big time, lots of products nobody else has and at great prices. Please keep it up.

@DashPCT I ordered International on 9/13 and the tracking hasn't updated since leaving India on 9/17, so no updates in like 10 days. Is this common? I'm wondering if it's a tracking issue or customs...

I saw a bunch of people get their packs in 9-11 days but of course I'd be the unlucky one...

It's common. I have ordered 4 times through Dash and tracking can be inconsistent with international orders. If it's not there after 3 weeks, then I'd reach out to him.

Longest delivery time was 18 days, shortest was 13 days.

It varies. I have had 3 update every step of the way, 1 that didn't until it got to my house.

I am in a similar boat as you - haven't seen an update since it left overseas since the 19th - so all we can do is wait and keep refreshing.

Dash is good so I wouldn't worry too much.

Yeah I know Dash and Dragon are solid. I may have titties by the time it gets here but eventually it will!

Yeah sometimes it just happens. When I began this business, shipping was taking 3-4 weeks. Then it became 9-11 days. Now things may slow down again. Its always dynamic.

I ordered domestic on September 12th, said it was shipped on the 17th. Sat there as just shipping label created, and I emailed asking about it on the 22nd. Dash replied saying it will update any day now. I emailed again on the 26th as saying I still haven't received it and tracking still doesn't say it was sent, and could I get an update. Dash replied saying they'll get me an update ASAP. I emailed again on the 28th asking if they had an update and got no response. I emailed again on the 29th asking for an update again because it still hasn't been shipped, and if it could be shipped quickly or if not could I just get refunded. Didn't get a response to that either.

Obviously not expecting Amazon, but this is pretty excessive. Shit happens so if it was misplaced and can't be sent now than I get it, but I'm kind of feeling like I'm just beat since they've been replying on the board but stopped emailing me.

Placed an order 15 days ago. Was in my mailbox in 13 days. Pharma grade stuff. Communication can be a little delayed, but as they have mentioned many times before, they have a high influx of emails so they respond as soon as they are able. But they typically replied within 48 hours and addressed my concerns.

Tracking wasn't updated for 10 days. Which caused me to write an email and they told me to be patient as shipping time have increased. Within 2 days of his reply, tracking was updated and before I knew it the package was delivered!

Wanted to take a second to write this in the event some one is on the fence about ordering from Dash, I can only say to give him a shot, but be patient and know tracking may not be updated for most of the shipping time!

Pack touched down today, 23 days after ordering. Everything accounted for and in good order. Tracking was hella spotty but there was no cause for concern after all. We're approaching the holiday season and as always weather may play a role so be patient.

Good on Dash and his team for shipping out within 24 hours and packing securely. Everything else was out of their hands. Much appreciated and I'll be in touch soon.

dash its been almost a month since ive ordred, US DOM, before you shut it down. 9-12-22. ive reached out to you through email and wickr. you never replied to my email. you messaged me my tracking number and it showed that the shipper never received the package. i know you are busy, but would like to know the status or if i just need to count it as a burn. i really need my metformin and arb.
