@DashPCT Do I HAVE to use your souce of Coinpayment to send you the funds? Can I use another wallet to send you the funds instead?? If so do you need confirmation on when one send you the funds afterwords or is that not needed??

You can use any wallet. The QR code simply asks for bitcoin sent to that specific address. No confirmation is needed - the gateway closes after 2x confirmations are made on the blockchain.

After Colonial's fiasco we've mostly caught up to regular shipping of 2-5 business days to get out of the warehouse. DM me over wickr or email if you got a problem with yours =D

My pack ended up coming in and everything was in it. I know what you guys were dealing with domestic so thanks for making sure mine got out.

Heya. We've had our operations interrupted with the busting of our dragon ordnance brewer, colonial labs. Luckily we have split stock with another warehouse, and are in the process of processing all these orders from the new warehouse instead.
Im worried about ordering after the CL bust. Can you explain how it put you at risk? Why did you have to use a different warehouse? Have you received any contact from LEO?

Hey Dash,

I placed an international order on 8/29 and delivery was scheduled to come yesterday 9/12. The status showed out for delivery in the morning but when I checked the mail later in the day, I had mail in the box except for the package. Around 6pm the status updated to “No such number” “incorrect address” “return to sender.” I’ve been in contact through email about the situation and was advised to reach out to the post office which I did first thing this morning. I gave them the tracking # and showed them my ID and they said that the address on the card doesn’t match the shipping address that was on the label and that the return process was already in place and not at the post office that delivers my mail. I’ve placed orders before and had no issues using the same address as everything matches up correctly on my end. I’m waiting on a response from the emails regarding the next step to help resolve this issue and wanted you to also be aware of what’s going on.

I can provide past order #s along with this one if you need to show that everything is as it should be from my end and there’s an issue here.

It’s been radio silent since my last email and that post. This is a bit frustrating as I needed what I ordered as quickly as possible so not only am I concerned about loss of $ but also delaying treatment of said issue.

DashPct has pulled down their domestic options from the website. International is still up and seems to be functioning smoothly. I have a pack in transit now and they got it together and shipped it out within 24 hours.

The lack of communication is disconcerting with regards to future purchases, but hopefully they'll be back shortly with an explanation.

I recently ordered and he was responsive. Currently 4 days in to transit.

If I were them, I'd probably lay a bit low. Every operation is different though.

Also if you and dragon are in it together, is there a benefit from ordering from you vs him, or is it all the same (assuming you both carry the same item)?

Sorry I don't reply much here guys. Most of my replying is done on another board on a daily basis. I rarely login here as the 2FA inplace is annoying as fuck so I don't bother, as I have to constantly switch between DO account and this account.

Your order has been placed under your account now. I understand your frustration and time loss, but we aren't the postal service. Postal services making mistakes is something we cannot control.

To shortly summarize what I've stated on the other forum - our domestic operations are obviously too slow to really warrant a premium over international, and we're severely out of stock out of a few things. I've decided to close it down for now, as I'll look for someone to help my shipper or perhaps a higher minimum, and also restock.
Probably time to take Dash off of trusted sources?

Business has been booming, unexpectedly, these few past weeks. We get around 200 emails a day, but we seem to respond to everyone on a daily manner - replies to our email, do get replied to the following day mostly. However, I am active on the board. Reminder that I am also Dragon Ordnance - where I have been posting frequently. Its just annoying for me to switch over accounts with this dumb 2FA in place that I can't seem to turn off.

The items are not the same. My items here are from India, and my items on Dragon are from Turkey/China.
