Update - I forgot to follow up on my post from mid November… but I eventually received the pack after a minor delay in having it shipped out & delivered… given it was during the Thanksgiving holiday, it was something I should have anticipated. A successful experience nonetheless!

Since then, I’ve had yet another successful order… dash & kiki deserve a Nobel peace prize for having a godly amount of patience and kindness for my dumb ass impatient self. A 3-4 day delay in shipping produced an infant tantrum on my behalf… I’m outing myself because these folks deserve all the praise. THANK YOU DASH, on multiple levels!

Placed an international order a week ago and was emailed that it was shipped 5 days ago. I’m unable to track it though. The tracking starts with “LP” and ends in “IN”, what carrier is this? When I look it up online it says item not found.

Use an app called Track24.

Just keep in mind it takes about 23 days to get it and it isn't updated much. Just have faith. I've ordered 3 times and 2 times it took 20ish days or so and the last time was like 14 days.
