I finally got an email response today saying they received payment. Almost 20 days after payment was sent and multiple confirmations. Now to see what happens with shipping.

I was about to put in an order and switched to another source off the board because of reading of the current situation. I still think Dash is probably the best source overall but hearing about things like.... IDK just hard to take the leap then.

+1 I personally would advise against ordering from Dash right now. I’ve never had any issues in the past but this situation is bizarre. Wickr messages aren’t being answered either which used to be a sure fire way to get in contact.

They did end up shipping my pack out at last. Took about 3 weeks total from payment to shipping. Very unusual for them but hopefully not a repeat occurrence.

Mine was shipped! I hear it was with the Chinese new year but I can’t confirm that

Received my package today. Order was shipped 1/3. 27 day transit time for international. I have ordered prior and the longest was 23 days. Products are legit, as always.

I am really on the fence about ordering from them again though. Still waiting for them to reply to a lot of unanswered posts on this thread..

It took 7.5 weeks and a reship to get my stuff because customs seized the first order. They said they would give me one reship and luckily it came in! All the stuff works as advertised

Is Dash worth it right now? I have never had a problem with them and I really need more HCG. But I don't know of a single domestic source that has prices close to Dash, I also don't know of any international sources with HCG that I can definitely trust.

I have used HCG from AIPCT (Dead), ExpressPCT (Dead), and now DashPCT.... I would have to say it seems like Dash had the freshest most potent HCG. Where else can I buy if not from Dash?

Been a month since I ordered and sent payment (it was successful and shows they accepted the payment). HOWEVER, haven't had ANY communication with them, never have answered any emails, my "order" disappeared on my online Dash account. So no record of my order, no communication. First time order here and now I'm out a couple hundred bucks. Re-think before you order.

Still no response and it appears my order has disappeared from my Dash account after the money was sent. No record of any purchase. Great customer service

Wise orders tend to disappear after 48 hours if not confirmed - we'll re-input it for you once we receive confirmation from the third party's banks that it was received. Sorry we were slow during the holidays - it tends to get hectic at this time. You should be seeing confirmation from us shortly.

20 days in transit and no package. Ordered many times before and they have never been so short in responses or taken this long for tracking to be updated.

International shipping is out of whack at times. As long as its in transit, I wouldn't worry though. Start worrying when it hits customs and takes a bit there. We can't help much beyond just reading what the tracking says and asking our couriers to contact the shipping service - but honestly, in the postal world, no one knows whats going on from my experience. God bless postal workers.

For HCG, I'd recommend just buying chinese generics if you're trying to look else where. The differences tend to not be that great from pharma, and sometimes even better.

Is this a Wise order? those are the only orders that tend to disappear. Over CNY, the banks usually do not confirm payments back to us, especially since we gotta go through a third party service that provides us this payment method. We'll re-instate your order once we do get confirmation, which should've already been confirmed, or is going through now, as we're all back in the office.


Sorry everyone who's had issues over this CNY. I've grown too much for my own good, and I cannot run this show as a one man show anymore. Going forward, I'm hiring new email people and getting reps on board to help me out with all of this. Operations continue as normal, with crypto payment orders going through and and receiving tracking within 2-5 business day frame. Domestic orders have been going out sameday or next day, so thats been all good.

Ordered international on 1/30 Pack landed yesterday. 10 days total. My order didn't require me to communicate with Dash, just ordered everything off the website as usual. I've used Dash since Express left.. have probably put in 6-8 orders ive never had an issue. But i also have never had to contact them lol. Glad they just went through a little hiccup and are back to normal.

P.S. I guess that is pretty cool that you gave me real practical advice and hey maybe I would have even received my products faster if I bought the Chinese stuff... But don't do that shit again. Instead of telling me I can buy Chinese stuff, tell me that everything is fine with DashPCT.... Or, tell me yeah we are having a little trouble right now, just order the chinese stuff for a month.
