Ordered international on 1/30 Pack landed yesterday. 10 days total. My order didn't require me to communicate with Dash, just ordered everything off the website as usual. I've used Dash since Express left.. have probably put in 6-8 orders ive never had an issue. But i also have never had to contact them lol. Glad they just went through a little hiccup and are back to normal.

P.S. I guess that is pretty cool that you gave me real practical advice and hey maybe I would have even received my products faster if I bought the Chinese stuff... But don't do that shit again. Instead of telling me I can buy Chinese stuff, tell me that everything is fine with DashPCT.... Or, tell me yeah we are having a little trouble right now, just order the chinese stuff for a month. ❤️DashPCT
I'm just trying to give some good advice on the subject, not trying to sell anything. DashPCT has exceeded my expectations business-wise. We have no trouble though on operations, thats all good and is going out daily. The only hiccups we're having is just catching up to so many daily emails.

But thank you for the patronage, I really appreciate you and everyone else <3

Just got one of my domestic orders and one of the vials came with no label. Wasn’t sure if this has happened with others. The other vials all looked great with Teja Cardinal labels on the vials, it’s just one of the vials that didn’t have a label so not positive on what it is.

Hmmm trouble catching up on emails??? Weird how I can show all my emails going back to Jan 17th whee you replied the 18th and I paid and was good to go. The you disappeared on me would reply to my emails once in a blue moon and then say your just trying to find where my funds went….so then I show you the pictures of receipts the pictures of the emails and address you had me send funds too and then my bank account and my coinbase account show you picked them up Jan 19. But here it is February 14th now and you still refuse to answer any emails since your last reply was Jan 29th asking again to send you my transaction hash which I do for the 3rd time and once again after I send it to you and even extra info you don’t reply to me at all just ignore my emails completely. Bad business and it’s crazy how we have 3 perfect orders then my 4th you wanna completely shit on me. I would love to show everyone how disgustingly disrespectful this place has been but I’d probably be breaking rules showing these pics and emails from the guy.

Careful ordering right now. I’ve tried to contact them over email and telegram multiple times regarding an order and no response. Even if things are delayed or backed up it should be common courtesy to at least inform customers of this.

I see you very often here and on meso with the same complaint for a month now, but every time I ask you to DM me directly or write in your email thread something like "ATTN: DASH" you never do. Can you please do that so I can get you sorted? I'm beginning to think this doesn't even exist. Trust me, I want to solve your problem.

I don't understand the issue though, everytime its explained, it sounds like a Wise order (see: bank account) but then you talk about a transaction ID, as if it was a coinbase transfer. But anywho, can you please do that. DM me on Meso or email with the subject line, something.

I have tried emailing a few times now but haven’t heard back on anything. I have no worries about you not getting it solved, it’s just I am moving march 1 and don’t want my order to arrive just as I moved. Thank you for responding and hope it can get sorted soon

@DashPCT still waiting on a response after I’ve sent two telegram messages, which shows you’ve been active multiple times, and three emails via protonmail. Not really sure what the deal is but communication would be not only nice but professional as well. I’m simply asking you for an order status on an order I placed and paid for, as of tomorrow, three weeks ago. I do not understand why asking you for a simple update is taking this much effort. If you don’t have an update, then you don’t have one, and if you do, then you do. It’s not an unreasonable ask.

Still seems backed up, have been waiting 20 days for a tracking number for a domestic order, haven’t heard back from any of my emails. Not sure what the problem is, they have always been on top of things previously. This is my first issue with them but hoping they figure it out.

These guys got some operation! Nice to have reliable pharma stuff easily accessible. I swear my orders come in like 7-10 days. Used them over 10 times. No custom issues ever.

Domestic shipping's always been on point, our shipper ships daily or every two days. Any order that is held up is usually due to it being a Wise order, so the shipping part isn't what is holding up, but the payment itself.

Mine was not a Wise order, paid BtC. Have been getting emails from Jade every other week for the past month and a half with no progress or updates on tracking.

Put in order # 02220051539 a week ago and payment was sent and received almost instantly but it is still saying the package is being prepared. Is this common right now? My previous packages from Dash have always shipped out so quickly so I wasn’t sure if it is lost in the shuffle or if operations have just been slowed down recently.

Hello, I've used you guys a couple times for HCG. I've been trying to get an order placed via Proton Mail since 2/14 and not having luck. Should I try a different route? I've always just ordered via the Proton route and used BTC for payment and it's usually very smooth. Maybe some kind of email issue?

I wouldn't do anything till dash and DO sort out all the issues. Something seems fishy.

Anyone able to vouch for their international? I don't mind waiting extra time since the US domestic is out of stock I'd probably get it in the same time anyways.
Want to give DashPCT benefit of the doubt since I know people have one small issue and rush to message boards to complain.

However it does raise some concern as a first time buyer when all the buyers comments went from 5 star reviews to "things are off right now"
