hi dragon, i placed a raw order on 10/08/22 you continue to blow off all my emails and your wickr no longer works. You have failed to replay on anything. When are you going to sort this out. 02/15/23

Damn. This right here is the only thing holding me up from grabbing Raws. Any other experiences post Chinese new year?

bro i wouldnt wouldnt order thru dragon . Still no response. Sly dog will reply to me on a new email and once he realizes its me he gose MIA DONT DO IT

He gets back to my emails but days later. My order got shipped 2 and a half weeks after placing it and its looking like customs got their hands on it. No re ships either. Would love to find a domestic source for health meds. specifically nebivolol.

DO has a Saizen 60iu for less than 36iu(?), but my question being it isn’t refrigerated during travel. Also have read a statement or two to never trust a cartridge being legit. Hearing it checks out from others is usually my deciding factor, so can anyone chime in on this please?

I ordered a Turkish product $$$ on Dragon's site. The product listing said "Turkish pharmacy T/A - 2-3 weeks, Turkish EMS. One free reship to US only" in the description. So I ordered with a logistical sense of security in mind. The shipment was seized. When I reached out to dragon about when the reship would occur. They quoted their FAQ page fine print, which said they are not offering to reship on Turkish product. I quoted back to him the the above (with a screenshot) which was STILL on the product page. Dragon's response was "sorry", after ignoring several of my emails asking for a response.

Dragon refused to display any sort of honor to rectify it, or even bother to state beyond just "sorry" they didn't have the capital to reship and they couldn't fix the situation. No offer of a discount on future orders (basically selling something at near cost to make a bad situation right - so they are not out money and I get mine back in a fashion".

Basically, Dragon displayed piss poor business practices and didn't give a flying fart I was out my money $$$. I never would have risked the order, I would have gone to one of my other sources and paid a higher cost for something that had already crossed the border.

At the time me and my buddies were all looking at Dragon to move all of our business from Source A, to Dragon. Nope. We didn't, and we tell everyone else we meet in our travels that we can our story and not to do business with Dragon.

People at Dragon. Taking care of your customer's, sometimes even at a cost to you, is a prime way to secure customer loyalty and repeat business, and customers who become free spokespersons for you.

Ive been in business for 15 years after the military. I was appalled at how Dragon handled the situation. I still have all the emails. Thought others would like to know here.

My order was seized too. Can you message me your domestic source? looking for nebivolol domestic.

No one should order domestic oils until Tejas comes back and addresses some of his customers. DO chose the absolute worst domestic for his operation.

This is pretty normal if its raws, as they first get reshipped through a reshipper within the U.S. That local tracking # you have is just the label for them to use eventually.

What product was this? I'd be happy to look into it personally if you can let me know the product, and I'll review the history of the listing. If so, you do make a fine point of why you ordered and should be in some capacity, reimbursed.

No parcels from Tejas have been seized. All orders are shipped domestically via USPS and federal law prohibits opening mail without a warrant or recipient's permission.

That is incorrect, that only applies to first class mail. And only under certain circumstances.
