@cstuart34 Since my last post, I have paid and gotten confirmation of payment received but my order hasn’t even been taken, much less confirmed.

We had to take some different steps because my browser wouldn’t load the payment gateway linked to the website, so we agreed for me to place the order like normal, send payment to a wallet address sent to me, and then send my order number so it could be confirmed manually.

By the time my payment was received/confirmed, the 48 hour security window for an order to stay on the website had expired. I was told to just make a second order and send them that order number as they had already confirmed my payment, so I did, within 20 minutes of being messaged to do so. This was about 3 days ago. 48 hours passed again after I sent them my new order number and no reply or confirmation, so it expired again yesterday.

I messaged them yesterday said it had yet again expired and to just let me know when they’ll have the time to confirm it and I’ll make the third attempt then. 24 hours later, and no reply on Wickr from SW, but I had woken up to an email from Jade that was replying to my first email (when I was still asking for an alternate way of paying due to the broken link) saying that they could send me a wallet address to send payment to and then just reply to them with an order number. I sent a response catching her up on the events of the last five days or so, letting her know that I since have already utilized that option, paid and received confirmation of it, and can provide proof of payment and messages since they may be two different people and unaware of my dealings with the other rep and that I just need to have my order confirmed but that I’d have to make it again. I just asked for them to let me know when they’re actually ready so that I don’t keep making orders just for them to expire after two days of sitting in limbo. I’m waiting on a reply from Jade now as I only just sent my most recent email a couple hours ago.

@cstuart34 I just want a good raw source for orals as it’s much cheaper. I’ll probably always buy my oils domestically because I just don’t want to bother brewing. I try to make allowances for long reply times as I understand everyone is busy, especially international sources who likely have a lot more going on then smaller domestic operations. I don’t mind the long shipping times either for it to actually clear. I’m just not a fan of playing phone tag for almost a week after I’ve already had my payment confirmed but not my order confirmed. That’s the same time frame that I can usually contact, place, pay and receive a domestic order in, and here it’s taken this long just to get my order accepted but not my money. Which again, I understand the international shipping itself will take longer but this is just the time taken for my order to even be confirmed.

I emailed Jade again. Hopefully I get a reply this time. Paid on the first, each attempted order number has expired after its 48 hour window before they got confirmed, still no responses

@Micha3lHunt nope, jade told me they will check the status with the Courrier after the Chinese holiday. Even if they check the status it hasn’t been updated because its seized of course. So I’ll have to wait a few weeks for them to check, then I guess a few other weeks for them to reship? I don’t know I’ve been a loyal customer for years now, I don’t know why every time I’ve asked what’s up they tell me to wait. It’s been over 10 weeks now. @DragonOrdnance

Frustrating, no doubt. I haven’t even been told to wait because I haven’t heard anything back at all in over a week. Communication was fine when they were helping me send them money and giving me an alternate wallet since the site wouldn’t redirect me, but as soon as payment was sent and received it went to shit with low-to-no effort

@jdoe23 scratch my very last update, Jade did reply at 3:15 this morning. For some reason I just got it. I work night shift so I’ve slept the day away but it wasn’t there when I checked at 7am. I’ll gef back to her and hope it goes well now

Having issues with a Turkish Pharma order, been over a week now and it’s still in the preparing package state. Had a couple back and forths with Jade who has told me the tracking number will be added asap but nothing.

12 days now since order with no tracking and bad communication. It’s concerning me now, I’ve had to go out and buy another GH kit while I wait for this order.

Yeah, we sometimes just don’t receive tracking as fast as it ships out. We run a large operation and we value getting the items out against having all trackings provided in a timely manner if things get real busy.

We'll test it for ya, free of charge (just pay shipping to Jano.)

We do this for many compounds and are happy to pay for anyone here who's wanting to test their stuff with Janoshik. We will do this for about 10 individually unique compounds per month. All you have to do is either ship it from us, or ship it from yourself, and pay for that shipping/products. But we will pay for the testing. (150~ value usually)
