@cstuart34 Since my last post, I have paid and gotten confirmation of payment received but my order hasn’t even been taken, much less confirmed.
We had to take some different steps because my browser wouldn’t load the payment gateway linked to the website, so we agreed for me to place the order like normal, send payment to a wallet address sent to me, and then send my order number so it could be confirmed manually.
By the time my payment was received/confirmed, the 48 hour security window for an order to stay on the website had expired. I was told to just make a second order and send them that order number as they had already confirmed my payment, so I did, within 20 minutes of being messaged to do so. This was about 3 days ago. 48 hours passed again after I sent them my new order number and no reply or confirmation, so it expired again yesterday.
I messaged them yesterday said it had yet again expired and to just let me know when they’ll have the time to confirm it and I’ll make the third attempt then. 24 hours later, and no reply on Wickr from SW, but I had woken up to an email from Jade that was replying to my first email (when I was still asking for an alternate way of paying due to the broken link) saying that they could send me a wallet address to send payment to and then just reply to them with an order number. I sent a response catching her up on the events of the last five days or so, letting her know that I since have already utilized that option, paid and received confirmation of it, and can provide proof of payment and messages since they may be two different people and unaware of my dealings with the other rep and that I just need to have my order confirmed but that I’d have to make it again. I just asked for them to let me know when they’re actually ready so that I don’t keep making orders just for them to expire after two days of sitting in limbo. I’m waiting on a reply from Jade now as I only just sent my most recent email a couple hours ago.
