'Hello and welcome to last week' moment for me. I've ordered from DO 3 times over the past 2 years and no problems with domestic or Turkish pharma deliveries. Quality has been fine, corroborated by regular bloodwork but not lab testing of actual product. The test C (recently labeled from TCL) seems to be dosed a bit weak compared with the Empower stuff I get from my TRT doc, but it's about 1/3 the cost and easy to just adjust dosage up ~30% to maintain the levels I want. I haven't checked in here for a while, as I was satisfied with the source and not shopping for a new one.
I placed an order on 11/29/2023 and ran the funds transfer as usual. Neven an issue previously aside from waiting a few days for an email response, so I got wrapped up with other things and didn't think about it. With holidays and mail delays, I wasn't expecting fast shipping.
12/26 I emailed them asking for status
12/27 I got a response asking for order #etc
12/27 I responded with the requested information
12/27 I got a response asking for payment confirmation
12/28 I sent a pdf copy of the funds transfer confirmation
12/28 I got a response saying they were looking into it
1/5 (a few minutes ago) I sent a request asking for an update and the email bounced: "The response from the remote server was: 550 5.1.1 <
[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected: Address is not configured to receive emails"
Not sure why it would take a solid week to confirm payment since I sent transaction ID and full documentation of the processed transfer, but not it looks like their email is disabled so I guess I'm finding a new source and washing my hands of $1500+ USD I just sent to a Chinese bank with no recourse. Clearly I could've saved myself some money, delay and frustration checking here first, even though I thought the source was reliable. Lesson learned, hope someone else can save themselves some trouble by reading this.
