what time do you train? if you train during the day/afternoon, I would suggest doing your shot first thing in the morning on a empty stomach, this way you will feel fuller and better off to train, if you do the shot at night, you will feel tighter and hold slightly less water, this is what I have found to be true with my extensive experience with GH
p.s. i forgot to add, your natural GH production is highest during sleep, a theory says that if you poke at night your hindering your own production from working, although in the morning you will be low on natural GH, thus making sense to do shots in the morning, i might be wrong im NOT an expert, but I do have lots of experience and have done many studies for my own knowledge, there is no such thing as too much knowledge.
