Second week on Reta. Started at 3 mg. Reason for that dose is I had previously used Tirz up to 5 mg for a few weeks. I was off for around 6 weeks but I've read mixed things about how to dose when you restart a GLP. And on another forum I was advised that 3 mg Reta was relatively equivalent to 5 mg Tirz.

First week on 3 mg worked. Killed the "food noise" and I was getting full relatively early in a meal. I increased to 4 mg the next week . I don't know if it was the extra mg or it was the dose building up in my system but week two is no joke. I took the dose Sunday and I had to remind myself to eat Monday and Tuesday. I used Tirz from both CGG and Dues (RIP) but this Reta is by miles the best thing I've ever tried.

If you are on the fence about which of the GLPs to try I think it's an easy choice. Although I will say I never tried Sema as I heard the nausea can be awful.

CGG I wrote early on in your thread doubting how legit your stuff could be at the prices you charge. I regret those posts. Big fan. Hope you expand into anabolics next.

Oh the tirz worked. I didn’t switch to reta because I needed to, I just wanted to try it.

The tirz worked. I switched to CGG after I went through two vials of Deus tirz. Price was half off so made the switch. And honestly it felt like the exact same thing.

Tirz side effect is same as reta. Nausea if you eat too much.

I will say I feel like the reta slows gastric emptying more than tirz. I’ll feel sort of full for 6+ hours after a moderate sized meal.

I started at 1mg per week and it works extremely well. Hunger is drastically cut after 24-48 hours - "food noise" as people call it is very reduced. I think the effects fade a bit towards day 6ish and maybe it is better dosed twice weekly. I am using such a small dose though that is not a problem at all. I see people talk about 5mg per week dosing on other forums which feels crazy to me but maybe tolerance increases like other GLP1s

Ya if you have to get up to 15 mg a week it would be really pricy. I’m at the tail end of a long cut so I’m hoping not to build much tolerance.

Same boat. Just doing a minicut and wanted to see how much easier I can make it. I hate stims so things like clen or even high caffeine/ephedrine aren't options for me. 15mg of Reta a week I feel like I would die puking

Mixing peptides is always the same, very easy. GGC Retatrutide is 10mg so just add 1mL of bac water and then you have 10mg/mL solution. Want 1mg? Draw 0.1mL. 2.5mg? 0.25mL. Simple simple
