Hello SST,
Hello all, I am a newly formed lab that has decided to hang his hat on SST. The name of my lab is Hypertrophy, which is growth, and I found it fitting. You can call me hyper or hyp or just about whatever you would like so long as it isn't offensive. I realize there are some amazing sources here on SST, and this is my opportunity to tell you a bit about me and why you might consider me as your source. I'm not the guy that is going to come on here and puff myself up to be something I'm not. I call it as I see it and I love brutal honesty. So what you see is what you get, or rather what you read is what you get. I'm not going to tell you stories about how great I am or how many hundreds of years I have been doing this. In fact, I'm not going to waste your time with a bunch of information that you probably don't care about anyways; but to touch on a couple of things, I have been an avid weightlifting enthusiast for a very long time, I have ran countless cycles, and have a penchant for biology and Math. Both of which I have used extensively in my lab, a good foundation will build tall buildings and I feel that I'm beginning to build as you read this.
My backstory is that I was the brewer for a large source that was on another board. I was responsible for the product; whereas he/she was responsible for everything else. We were very successful and the owner must have known what they were doing because in the 3 years we worked together, he increased output five times over. 500% growth in 3 years is impressive to me. As luck would have it though, he got out, selling his company to another and dropping it on me in the interim. I received no warning or notice and as quickly as I started, I was forced to stop. The new owners didn't need my services and they made arrangements to pick up what was rightfully theirs. Being left with no income, no prospects and no time, I decided to make a go of it myself after trying to find someone that needed a brewer. I reached out to a couple of contacts that I had made over the years, and SynergyForge responded and helped guide me to SST. He also pointed me in the correct direction to research the opsec portion of the business, one which I wasn't responsible for previously. I feel that I have gotten a good grasp on the opsec of the business, starting with computer safety and personal safety, to package safety and a reliable approach to making the process a smooth one without sacrificing any personal information with regards to myself, or my customers. I don't keep your information for more than 30 days, I ship your packages out the next day so I shouldn't need them further than that. I am confident that my methods are effective and I have received a lot of suggestions from sources and others over the last 6 months as I have pieced this together. Should any of you see a flaw or a crack in my security, please please please let me know immediately as safety is the most important thing to me. I have the brewing down and it comes easy to me, the customer service and everything outside the lab is going to be a bit of a learning curve. That is where I need your help, like I just mentioned, if you can see areas that I can improve on then please let me know. This is ANY area, not just the aforementioned. I'm easy going and don't get mad at people. We are all in this together so I want to make a difference and I want to earn the trust and confidence that the great sources on here have, or more!
If you have a product suggestion, please let me know, I can do some custom work on a case-by-case basis but only one at a time. I don't want to be overwhelmed doing all the customer service items as well as the production, so I will limit orders if necessary. I don't want to sacrifice safety for speed. I have seen a lot of sources come and go, and there are so many that just get caught up in the moment and overlook a simple thing because they were going to fast, the next thing you know, they are in the news. I don't want to be that guy. I want to take it easy and slowly build this business. With your help, I think it can be wildly successful. I am an absolute stickler for details. I admit to having a bit of OCD tendency as well, I inspect every product that leaves my hands. Since mine are the only ones that have touched the product, then I know who is responsible for anything like complacency. I have all the necessary safeguards in place for brewing to ensure sterility and promote a healthy lifestyle. I did make a lot of capsules when I first started ramping up, but then acquired a tablet press since I lost my last one to the owner.......how dare they take their own equipment!..........once the capsules are gone, I will start making tablets.
For fear of sounding like every other source that has stepped forward, I think it is necessary to mention that the carrier oil is Fractionated Coconut oil (MCT OIL), the filtration is a mechanical step-down separation of particulates and solute using tandem filtration which removes all bacteria. This process has been argued in the professional society as not being considered sterile, the debate rages on and there are good points from both sides, but the alternatives are not attractive to me at this point. They are either cost prohibitive, hard to get the hardware to do it, or too involved for a single person. I won't be using any EO or Guaiacol in any product unless you have a custom job that you need done and it requires it. I will expand my line as time goes on, but right now I have a ton of money into this and I need to get the ball rolling where I'm at. I think it's time. So while I know you have choices, that is what capitalism is about: it creates honest competition and the consumer wins, I hope that you will at least poke your head in and say hello, maybe try a product or two and give your feedback. I will be offering a bloodwork credit, testing credit and will run some sales from time to time to give those that are on a tight budget a chance to try it out.
