I'm two doses in on the semaglutide. First dose I took too little. I found instructions online that were not accurate. My last dose was 10 units and 4 days ago and I'm already starting to notice the appetite suppression and I'm not really eating out of boredom. Could be a mental thing, but I am definitely not going house on food. I'll check in again I know it takes like 4 weeks to take full effect, but ill be ordering more.

How much weight are you planning to lose? Are units IUs?

I plan on doing .25mg x 4 weeks, .5,mg x 4 weeks, and 1mg x 4 weeks. Then we will see.

Also running it with this stack
500mg Test E
100mg Tren E
Clen at 40 to 60mcg (ramp)
Metformin XR 1000mg to 2000mg (ramp)
T3 25mcg to 50mcg (ramp)

I am at about 17%... Trying to get down to 10%.

The ten line in the u 100 syringe seems to be the sweet spot and what I read online. I'll go to the twenty in 2 more weeks and see how I feel

Welcome, but man ur layout of this chart is fucked lol! Look at some of the others sources and re arrange ur columns.
This layout may be easier on the eye and less scattered: (from left to right) Compound, Dosage, Carrier/quantity, Price.

Also, if u test everything, why only post 5 results?? The more the merrier!

It's a raw mixed with bio water. Pharmaceutical they got the brand name markup and demand.

Another on here I've emailed with also has the same product for around the same price. But it doesn't have it listed.

If you scroll up a few I'm on my second injection and there's a small review in this thread by me but I will update the further along I get into it

No disrespect man, but y’all seem like total noobs. Both of y’all reconstituted the semaglutide with lord knows how much bac water, therefore the number on the slin pin means nothing and is not a way to measure how much y’all are taking.

He could’ve used more or less bacteriostatic water than you, so 10iu could be a total different dose.

Depending on how y’all reconstituted the semaglutide, .25mg is the recommended starting dose. That would be 10iu on the slin pin on a 5mg Sema bottle using 2ml of bac water to reconstitute. Run the .25mg dose for 4 weeks or till the appetite suppression is not enough anymore. Then up to .5 and go another 4 weeks or till not enough appetite suppression. Careful with going up too quick or taking too much.
