Someone has been intercepting my messages to the official emails, deleting your replies/moving to spam, and then sending from that fake email address. It's not just that I accidentally used the wrong phishing email. I'm aware, I've been getting fake price lists and following the thread.
For any other users on the forum, please stop beating me over the head because you feel noble.

Thank you guys for taking care and reaching out to help. Everything has been worked out. LnL I hope to have many more years with you guys, there is a real reason to be grateful for people like you.

We always provide tracking. It keeps the customer at ease, and it's so beneficial if there are other people in the household. You know when it will arrive and can plan accordingly. It's something we have always done. If anyone is waiting on a tracking number for more than 4 business days though please reach out to either Tito or myself (whoever processed your order) and ask for an update. We're always happy to give them, and it's always nice to catch any issues quickly so they can be resolved

We are not slow or behind. The T/A is as advertised. We cannot control how fast USPS is processing packages during the holidays.

Hi, I think this one is for me. I see your order e-mails, but even in junk I don't see the payment e-mail. I do believe I see the donation though We do have some serious issues trying to get e-mails from that host. Maybe try forwarding it to my countermail address? They don't have as many problems as tuta letting those e-mails come through. If I don't see anything from you when I get back to the office this evening I'll reach out again. We will get you taken care of one way or another Thanks!
