Maaaaybe if you email Friday evening, you may wait until Saturday night to get a reply, but other than that it should never be more than a few hours. Every once in a while I write a long reply to an email and tucker out before I hit send, so that could possibly be an issue, but that's more for the cycle advice type emails. This is correct. Buy 3, Get 1 is no longer a sale. It is a permanent state of mind, and yes, it applies to Primo. Everything except for Sema and Tirz
