Stop asking for discounts. Jesus, between all the whining and discount begging, MuscleCandy or SST should just ban all you. Act like adults. You have no idea how grateful you should be for SST and MC. You are ruining the space.
This is exactly what I tried to explain to my family and friends the other night when I told them what I had to be thankful for.

Cmon dude, are you thankful for Walmart or Home Depot. UGLs are providing a product in exchange for money. We don’t owe them anything more than that. The guy asked a simple question. Stop the faked outrage.

I placed my first order with MuscleCandy on November 27 and sent the BTC the next day. Since it’s my first time ordering with them, I wanted to check in and make sure everything’s on track. I used their contact form and sent an email via ProtonMail with my order details to confirm they received it, but I haven’t gotten any kind of confirmation or response yet.

I know it’s the holiday season, so I totally understand if things are a bit slower than usual. I followed up again yesterday but still haven’t heard back. Is this kind of delay normal for MuscleCandy, or should I have gotten some sort of confirmation by now? Just trying to set my expectations.

Thanks in advance for any advice or feedback!

So it's been 2 business days since you paid (Friday and Monday) and Black Friday was the day after a national holiday that many people also use for vacation. So it's been 1 non-holiday business day since you paid and you've already followed up twice with musclecandy and you're coming to this board wanting additional help?

I wouldn't be concerned. I've placed multiple orders with MC and have never had an issue. It's normal for the labs to be a bit slower during big sales.

Hey, I get where you're coming from, and I appreciate you pointing out the timing. Yes, it's been just over two business days since I paid, and I realize it’s right after a busy holiday period.

That said, I noticed that MuscleCandy was active and responding to users on Friday, promoting their Black Friday sale. To me, that suggests they’re operating and present, but as a first-time customer, I didn’t want to make assumptions. My post here was simply to get some advice or reassurance from experienced users. And look at that—Mxril provided exactly what I was looking for: confirmation that slower responses during big sales are normal and nothing to worry about.

I wouldn't be concerned. I've placed multiple orders with MC and have never had an issue. It's normal for the labs to be a bit slower during big sales.

As for my expectations, let’s take a look at MuscleCandy’s own words in their original post:
"We take pride in our fast, friendly communication... If you ever have any concerns with your purchase, don’t hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to take action immediately."

And from the FAQ on their website:
"After you send payment...you will receive a confirmation email shortly after, and tracking is usually sent within 24 hours of that... Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a tracking number before reaching out to our team."

So, I think it’s fair to say that looking for some confirmation isn’t unreasonable, especially since I haven’t received either confirmation or tracking within the time frame they describe.

I wasn’t here to bash MC or panic; I just wanted to check if my experience aligns with others’. Seems like it does, and that’s all I needed. Thanks for your input!

What email did you reach out to? I believe everyone has been responded to and you certainly should have received a confirmation & tracking by now. I apologize if you were overlooked.

Thank you for addressing this so quickly—I really appreciate your attention to the matter.

I just logged into my ProtonMail account to gather the subject line and time I sent the emails, and... well, I see now that you replied. It turns out I had a small typo in the email address I provided, which explains why I didn’t receive a confirmation. On top of that, for some reason, your reply didn’t show up in my inbox. I haven't the slightest idea why, and that's something I can investigate separately.

Both of these missteps are entirely my fault, and I sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience I caused. I even thought about deleting my original comment in this thread because I didn’t want to create any doubt about your operations. However, considering both issues were on my end and the way you quickly stepped in to help, I think it actually highlights how committed you are to supporting your customers.

Thank you again for your patience and for taking the time to help me sort this out. If there’s anything I need to do on my end to fix the email issue or update my order details, just let me know, and I’ll handle it right away.

I placed an order Sunday and got it today. I didn’t have a reason to contact them. The notification for payment was instant and they generated an email a few minutes after that.

They are capsules when I ordered them. Not pressed pills, would have to open the caps then split it up like Coc. if you want to try and split it
better no trying that🤣 going to be a mess

I ordered via email at strange hours and they responded the next morning with a payment link. I've been using them almost exclusively for oils for maybe 18 months and they have probably the best customer service I've ever seen in this realm

Unreal customer service. I was dumb and entered my email incorrectly when I placed the order, but they helped me out quickly. Incredible speedy delivery. Ordered late friday night, and arrived today. Can't beat that turnaround. Take my money. I'll continue supporting them for as long as they stay in business.
