There are various protocols depending on the parasite being targeted, or just general mass preventative dose programs which are administered annually in parasite heavy regions.

The most heavy is the treatment for demodex mites. which most adults have, and can in some instances cause or worsen all sorts of skin conditions. Because this is the highest dose regime, it also takes care of every other possible parasite ivermectin rids humans of, which is almost all of them.

Luckily this is an extremely safe drug, with sides of any kind almost unheard of, even at doses many times higher than we're discussing.

The demodex protocol is .2mg/kg, once a week, for 10 weeks. You can round up.

So a 90kg person would need 18mg, once a week for 10 weeks. 2x12mg tablets would be fine, though you could split one for 12mg+6mg=18mg / week.

Keep in mind demodex are passed from human to human, so if you're sharing a bed, both really need to follow this treatment or you'll be recolonized with demodex in a few months.

You can repeat this treatment once a year, and be confident you're parasite (from sushi or whatever) free.

I’ve had multiple orders from @PCTZONE.RU, all of them have been international. Never had a seizure (knock on wood) takes about 3 weeks to land. USPS will usually want a signature, it’s not PCTZone asking for it, is a USPS thing. However, I have had the postman just mark one as “signed for” and he just put it in the mailbox. So it’s a coin toss if he’ll actually want the signature but technically he’s supposed to get one.
